very slow service

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Dr. Oland does not stand by his work. He will "ban you" from coming back if you speak up for your rights or the rights of your child. I was told to "get a lawyer" when I asked for a refund after having gone back 5 times for adjustments on my daughter's glasses and the issues still weren't fixed. Dr. Oland actually told my child her frames were older and not of good quality, that was the reason they kept needing adjustments and he won't (try) to fix them again. They are Calvin Klein frames that were purchased less than two years ago and they never had an issue until Soundview put new lenses in them. We ended up taking the glasses to another optometrist for help, that's when we learned that Soundview Eye Care ruined the frames and they can't be fixed.

Been going to Acuity Eye Center for years and the service continues to surprise me. Highly recommend.

The worst experience I ever had, from stuff to young doctor. First visit and prescription was Completely wrong which I found out when glasses were picked up. Scheduled another appt and they were acting like everything is fine. Got new prescription and waited another 2 weeks for glasses. I got them today and guess what…. I can’t read with them. And on top of that lenses were not set right in to the frame. They look like it’s just Mather of time to pop out. I’m done with this place. And anyone who reads this should avoid this place . Not worth $ or time.

Very quick and thorough. Everyone there was helpful and kind. The doctor was informative, and knowledgeable. It was a great overall experience. I only didn't give 5 stars because it was on the pricey side (but so is everything else in Wayne), but you get what you pay for. Professional business, will be back for my exams and contacts.

Dr Pace is the best eye Dr I have ever been to. I have serious issues with one of my eyes, he was extremely patient with me and made sure we had the best prescription for my eyes. I have never worn my glasses like I am supposed to until now. I see better than I ever have in my life. Thanks Dr Pace!

Roslyn Eye Centre is the place to go with tricky eyeglass prescriptions. When I called them with a rush order, Gary reassured me that they could accommodate my needs. When I saw Kevin 2 days later he already knew about my problem and spent hours with me and my son, making sure we had exactly what we needed. And the glasses we needed showed up right away. They are the most knowledgeable opticians that I know. We got the best glasses possible, fast and done right. Thank you!

My family have been going to Gresham Eye Care for about 15 years now. I've never received better customer service or medical care from any other provider - vision or otherwise. Kevin at the front desk is personable and friendly (and tells great jokes!), and Dr. Nguyen makes it obvious that he cares about us and our children. They honestly feel like part of our family. And on top of all that, the care we receive is thorough and comprehensive. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.
