Dr. Martin and all the office staff are competent and kind. I definitely recommend them. I came to Eyemax from another eye doctor who had essentially told me that my issue was all in my head and there was nothing to be done. Dr. Martin did not agree, and has been appropriately managing my dry eye and Thygeson’s ever since. I appreciate that he takes pictures of my eyes at every visit and explains what the pictures show, so I know exactly what’s going on. The only con is that they tend to fall behind schedule, so I have often had to wait long past my appointment time. But that has improved lately, so I’m optimistic that it won’t be an issue anymore.

My family has been going to Dr Nemeth for years. My dad recently had a surgery on both eyes and he cannot be more happier. Staff is great and always friendly. Judy calls you every time to remind you for next visit. Front desk will always welcome you with smile. A+++

In early 2021, my wife was having really big troubles with her vision that seemed to be related to her prescription but a change did not help, we were referred to Dr. Shomer by our doctor and we could not have been more blessed!! Dr Shomer was awesome in figuring out her actual issue and performed the cataract surgery early this year with great results. But most importantly to me was Dr Shomer's, his nurse's and his office staff's care within the office. My wife has very significant PTSD issues so that being in an office waiting room is difficult and having someone that close to examine her is extremely difficult for her. So the doctor and the staff would have her wait in the car until a room was available so that she could walk right in, Dr Shomer and his nurses would constantly talk to her about what they were doing during examinations, talk to her before coming up behind, etc. and that was a ton off of her mind. When it came to the surgery, Dr Shomer literally laid out the room for her, where people would be and when they would be around her so she could always be prepared. He also talked the surgery center's staff ahead of time and got them on the same page. It was as awesome as it could possibly be. And for that (for ALL that) I am forever grateful to Dr Shomer AND we would highly recommend Dr Shomer for you & your family. He and his staff are awesome at what they do and are just GOOD people, God knows we need more of these in our world these days!! Thank Dr Shomer, thank you staff, thank Archibald Surgery Center. They have a really large selection of all kinds of glasses. And their lens quality is outstanding. They can fix almost any damage to any kind of glasses. I had a pair of sunglasses that had half frame on top and plastic wire on the bottom of the lens. The wire broke and many stores said they can’t fix it and I should buy a new pair. These guys at Parrelli fixed it in seconds. I was so happy. They also did prescription lenses and the quality is fantastic. Not every optician can make excellent lenses like they do here. I have worked with so many opticians in many years for proscription glasses and I highly recommend these people. Even if I buy my frames elsewhere I come here for the lenses.

This office is outstanding. Teresa and Noemi at the front desk are helpful with my questions and sweet. The staff in the back are very helpful and answer questions and make you feel like their happy to see you. Dr. Shabatian is out standing as well. I went to Dr. BEESLEY for years and when he retired it's hard to change drs. But Dr. Shabatian is exceptional and easy to talk to. Made me better without surgery. LANCASTER EYE INSTITUTE in Lancaster is a great office for anyone needing a great experienced Ophthalmologist.
