Dr. Kastl is a superior eye doctor. I've never had an eye exam that was so thorough! She is a joy to visit with and has more knowledge in this field than any other optometrist I've met. Additionally, she accepts the Christian Care Ministries (Medi-share) Vision Discount. I live over 90 minutes away, but Dr. Kastle is worth the drive!

Lilia DeLima was very, very helpful and diligent helping me get my glasses. Updated with a new prescription. I really appreciated her assistance. I would highly recommend Lilia. I would also like to recognize Carmelo. Carmelo help me purchase and pick out two pair of glasses and was very professional and enthusiastic helping me. I really appreciate Carmelo and his services.

I bought 2 pair of progressive glasses on sale 99.99 spent 322. I've purchase these same glasses before had no problems this time however neither one fits correctly was told by Roberta nothing could be done REALLY? she said I hadn't purchased insurance I was never offered insurance. So now I'm stuck with 2 pair that are so uncomfortable really hard to wear so guess I'll have to wear my glasses from 5 years ago that are great! So very unhappy with glasses and service.

After years of going elsewhere for my glasses I decided it was time for a change. I called on a Monday evening and was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. I was a new patient and it took less than 30 minutes to get in and out from the start of the paperwork to the end of the exam. Everyone was kind and professional and the prices are GREAT. My glasses and sunglasses were ready in 4 business days. I would recommend this location to anyone not happy with their current eye care provider!

Shame on my wife for not looking at your reviews before coming to your office. Your rating explains everything. My wife was there this Saturday. She came with her insurance that covered her eye exam and a voucher that covers the glasses and frames. This place is ridiculously overpriced with its frames. So we want to take our voucher and go somewhere else. I called them 10 times, left about 3 messages, and got zero callbacks. They pick up and hang up on you. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache. There’s a reason this establishment has terrible reviews. Go elsewhere.

I have been going to this office for my eye care needs for years and have always had consistently phenomenal care!!!! I would never go anywhere else!!!! From the office staff to the technicians to the Optometrists, my experience was welcoming , knowledgeable, and professional!!! My exam was extremely thorough and all of my questions and concerns were handled in a patient and respectful manner. I trust Dr Nancy Alexander Christ and Dr Robert Christ with my eyes and the eye health of my family! I recently called them about a possible problem with my 5 month old grand daughter and they gave me great advice! They actually care about their patients and treat them like family! I love my new glasses and contact lenses!!!

I have been coming here for years and have always had a good experience. Several pairs of glasses, and have never had an issue with them, including coming back to get the frames adjusted. Dr. Hapner is very professional and does a fantastic job. Most recently I had my first ever contact lens exam, and i STRUGGLED learning how to put them in and take them out. Thankfully Anna was very patient with me, and was very helpful with teaching me. (I can now put them in/take them out in a matter of seconds!) When it came to placing my contact lens order, Mercedes acted extremely polite and professional, and made the process super simple. Excellent customer service! Something that can be hard to find in today's world

Doctor Simon Yeung was wonderful, patient, and very informative. He took his time answering all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. This is my third time visiting this location and let’s just say I drive 35 minutes just for his offices service and care (there are plenty TSO’s closer to me). I highly recommend him as well as his staff (especially his tech Delia).

Dr Brody is the GOAT! Our entire family (of 6!) has been going to him for all our eye care needs for almost 20 years. Recently moved to Florida from Illinois in early 2021…still!! go to him for all our eye care needs. He’s just that good. No one else compares. Great bedside manner. He goes above and beyond for his patients. Knowledgeable, thorough and is just an all around great person.

I’ve been going to Optique for over 20 years and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I love supporting a business owned and run by women who are this good at what they do. They really know glasses, but more importantly, they know what looks good on you. They understand face shape and proportion and have an incredible eye for finding the right frame. And they’re honest. If something doesn’t look good on you, they’ll tell you, which I love. Whether you want something classic or something more trendy, they just know what works. Literally every pair of glasses I’ve bought from them over the years has gotten compliments. After 20 plus years, I trust their eye completely. I could not recommend them more highly.
