I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. When you first walk into the office they keep it freezing and it often smelled of spoiled milk. Once you go back you see the overflow of medicine files scattered EVERYWHERE! Nothing is filed. The clock and calendar are even wrong. They asked my grandmother to pay a balance she paid months prior and had she not been keeping her own records of payment they would have taken $200 for her visits that she didn't owe. Most times we sat in the lobby no less than a hour past the appointment time. Sometime the doctor wouldn't even be there. We have sat as long as 4 hours. Once you see the doctor note he does NOT change his gloves between patients and asked you to return eye drops after your surgery so he can use them on other patients. I have accompanied my grandmother to visits and never once have I seen this office clean, sanitized, or been given any type of paperwork to explain medical instructions for follow up care. The ppl are nice but the establishment needs to be inspected by the board of health and potentially shut down as soon as possible before someone's care is jeopardized.

Queens Center Mall- The price for a pair of eyeglasses and frame is very expensive! I got my daughter a pair with anti-glare and Champions frame for $600+. Because I have an insurance and a $275 credit for teacher’s benefit, I paid $300+. The woman who assisted us was very sarcastic and made insulting comments. If not only for my daughter who had waited for a long time, I wouldn’t take their offer. Pros. The dr, and the lady who checked my child’s eyes were very sweet and the guys were nice.

I’ve been going to this Optometric Office for over 25 years, when Dr. Garza was there. I was worried about how good the next doctor and her staff would be, but they haven’t missed a beat! Same thorough excellent service and attention to me as a patient. Highly recommend if you are looking for an optometric office.

Rosin in Glenview was and always has been very helpful and efficient with appointments, exams, and glasses from my experience. I picked up my most recent pair of glasses from the Northbrook location and they were great as well.

Clerk couldn’t even bother looking for my insurance info for my second insurance…too busy worrying about collecting my copayments for my primary insurance. Will never go there again and I will advance to stay away; worse customer service ever experienced!!

Outstanding service...Wohl Optics provided professional,courteous, knowledgeable, flawless service! My wife had an unfortunate situation with our ophthalmologist and Doug and Gina at Wohl Optics saved the day for me. When she explained the situation to Gina on the phone she immediately made her an appointment to consult with Doug, who understood exactly what she needed and the time constraint she was under... he provided her with exactly what she needed and in the expedited time frame. Very reasonable rates for quality glasses. What made it an even better experience is the fact that Doug is a Veteran and we certainly appreciate his service. My wife and I will never go anywhere else for our eyewear.

I am a Registered Nurse who works for health insurance company so I have high expectations for my care. I've been going to Lakewood Eye center for over 3 years now and I can't recommend it enough! The providers are all top tier and if you want someone who is an expert on eyeglasses you need to see Lance! He is so personable and fit my glasses to a T! I also love supporting local businesses- and they truly care about you as a patient.
