Dr. Ocran and her assistant Stephanie were both lovely and thorough. I felt well cared for. I would highly recommend her.

Arizona Eye is great- both the doctor and the tech were incredible friendly and professional. The doctor explained each test, showed the results and what they meant and took time ensuring my prescription was correct. The tech was patient and kind when helping me select frames for my new glasses. She walked me through pricing and made sure I understood the breakdown of costs. What really impressed me was how both ladies recognized everybody who walked through the door. They really know their patients and genuinely seem to enjoy/care about them. In short, an amazing experience!

My two boys have been going to Dr. Simon for the past 13 years. He performed surgery to correct lazy eye on my oldest when he was 4 yrs old and was amazing throughout the process. I have never seen any doctor who truly enjoys working with children the way he does. He comes across undeniably genuine in each interaction. He gets to their level so they understand what he is saying and or asking of them and he truly cares and in this day and age we all need more of that in our lives. I cannot say enough positive things about him!

Dr. Morales is and always has been an excellent optometrist, and as nice a person as you could ask for.

This is the friendliest doctors offices I have ever been to. Everyone from the check in to check out is wonderful. I also get my glasses there and they are excellent too. Dr. Reto is the best and spends as much time with you as you need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We just went for my 13 year old yesterday. We saw Dr Crowley . She was absolutely wonderful and we requested to reschedule next October with her.

For the past seven years I've lived in Miami I have been a patron to this optometrist, however, customer service has never been there best quality. Optometrist is excellent and probably the best one I have ever experienced but that front desk staff treat you like you are a second rate citizen. Oh and believe I see how the other people are treated. Well you lost a loyal customer. I don't even live on this side of town anymore and haven't for five years but yet a drive almost an hour to come here. Never again

Been coming for several years, staff is always friendly, and helpful. My prescription change was so small they said I didn’t have to get new glasses unless I wanted to!! Excellent customer service!!!

I got new lenses from Arlene at Pearle and she had to fix my frame while we waited. It was an emergency since it was Saturday and I had to go to San Francisco on Monday. Arlene and Jackie were amazing and took care of us by repairing the frame and setting the lenses on a busy day before they closed. They both stayed late to take care of me and they really saved the day! Thank you so much!!
