Dr Rhee is exceptionally good in dealing with patients. He is a gentle practitioner and he answers my questions honestly.

The office was great. The check in process was simple. I saw Dr. Rhee who was kind and explained everything to me in detail. He was reassuring and came up with a plan that we agreed on. I’m very happy with my experience!

Love Dr. Proscia. I have been going to him for over 20 years, he’s very thorough and explains everything to you. Inessa helped me with my glasses. I had a problem with my insurance company and she took the time which was over an hour and a half calling everyone and anyone who could help. She was very determined to get me the benefits I deserved. She was very patient and got the job done. I appreciated everything she did for me. She’s the best.

All of the members of the optical team are fantastic, and I’m pretty sure we’ve worked with everyone at this point! My son loves his glasses. He’s had several pairs and they’ve all held up really well.

Waited hours for my appointment, staff kept making side comments indicating that this is a constant problem here. Not one person tried to check in and give an explanation for this bizarrely long wait in an office that was empty of patients. I finally got up and left without being seen, after being moved to an exam room and ignored for over half an hour - no one even tried to ask why I was leaving, I only got a "sorry about this" on my way out the door.

Stanley Berke MD is an excellent Ophthalmologist! He is caring and thorough. Michelle Berke COA is outstanding! She is very precise and professional! I highly continue to go and recommend this practice!
