I don’t feel comfortable with my vision in my glasses and contact lenses. My wife does not feel comfortable in her reading glasses either. Both of us had to wait 20+ minutes past our appointments to see the eye doctor.

The store manager was wonderful! She moved quickly to greet and assist customers and to help other employees. She was cheerful and knowledgeable and always very positive. The woman who did our first set of exams was a new employee, but she was good about sanitizing the equipment and explained each test as she went through them. She was careful and conscientious. Dr. Steck is always a pleasure to work with. He’s thorough and we always trust him to care for our vision. We like the new facilities in the Mayfair Collection.

Very professional… office clean, neat fashionable, had soft jazz playing in offices, doctor and assistant warm and friendly.

I was pretty nervous going into surgery and the team made me feel so comfortable and confident about everything that I couldn’t have asked for more. They explain everything so well and answer any questions, no matter how minor they might be. I’m so happy with my vision after cataract surgery and the multi focal lenses. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.

I have been with the Inland Family Optometry since 2005. 1. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The Chino and R.C. practices are very clean and well organized. 2. Dr. Tran has been my ophthalmologist for 10+ years. Thanks to her, I'm still enjoying the light. The most important I can tell about Dr. Tran is, she puts your health BEFORE the business! We need more people like her in the health-care field. Thank you Dr. Tran and team!

I took my daughter age 10 here, everything was fast and smooth and easy. Front desk lady was nice.

Dr. Mays was super helpful and awesome, as well as Ms. Sunny (Sonny?). The experience was extremely straightforward, the customer service was superb, the prices were very reasonable, and I absolutely love the frames I picked out! Can't recommend this place enough!

Best service I have ever received from Mrs. Papia. She was so Patience that she tolerate me for at least an hour and helped me to find the right pair of eye glass. Thank you so much for your service. Definitely I will be back to this Walmart Vision center.
