I have 2 week calling this place and no baby respond the phone is crazy

Bought new frame & lenses few months ago. Both arms fell off within days of eachother. Returned to inquire about defects & staff didn't even examine them. Just said "do you want to buy new frames, or new frames & lenses"? "How much?" "Frames start ~$200". I took my Rx to Warby Parker, the tech popped out the old lenses, chose a new frame, popped the lenses in, adjusted to fit, paid $75, walked out 20 min later!! Couldn't have been a better experience at Warby.

Good equipment , very friendly. I was there for new contact lenses and everything was very organized, clean and nice. The online appointment is very easy and convenient. The doctor was friendly and took her time to make sure everything was ok with my eyes. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

We have been going to Camelback Eye Care for 50 years. We drive 60 miles to get our eye care here. Dr. Heffelfinger and her staff are the best. They are very thorough in the exams are so caring. Would give them 100stars if I could.

SO incredibly RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT go here! They will tell you to come back again and again and take forever to give you your prescription and use your insurance benefits without telling you!

They are great with children! They have a lot of patience and they make it fun for kids. Parking took a minute to locate because it’s behind the building but after I found it it was so easy. The clinic is right across the street from the hospital so that was so easy when my son needed surgery, we already knew where to go. The scheduler, Leann is so sweet and helped find answers to our questions when our doctor took ill and we needed to transfer to a different doctor. I highly recommend MN Lions Children’s Eye!

I am completely satisfied with my surgical experience and post op care! Dr Hayden and his entire staff are fantastic. Excellent outcome

I've been going here for years since I was around 13 yrs old & now going on 30 lol but I've never had any issues. Dena specifically is amazing, everytime I come in she's never not helpful, I'm an indecisive person when it comes to choosing glasses & she's beyond sweet & helpful on assisting me & making sure I get what I want without feeling rushed. I definitely love her & her energy. Thank you Dena 😊🙏🏽
