Excellent service, Dr. Leighton was my eye Dr. for over 35 years.

This was my first time ever having an eye exam done and shopping for glasses. The technician thoroughly walked me through the exam process step by step as I had no clue what to expect. The optometrist was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the issues with my eyes to where it was understandable to me. David, who helped me with picking out the frames was a complete pleasure to work with. Over all the staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was easy peasy from the time I walked in for my appointment.

The office and staff were great! The visit was thorough, I felt cared about and it was very quick. I didn’t however like how I was escorted to the other side immediately. There wasn’t much time to process what was going on. Everyone was nice, but I would have liked to just come in for an office visit and not felt like I had to go directly to buy glasses.

Worst eye exam experience ever!

Dr. Atkar and Dr. Evans were great. Our family loved them and have nothing but great things to say about the actual doctors themselves. Our problem was with front desk person. Specifically the middle aged blonde with long hair. Rude. So rude. So so arrogant. Very unpleasant. As well as the man that was “helping” my wife look for glasses. We decided not to buy any frames in office bc of him. Unfortunately, we will not be back because of the customer service.

Years ago this was the best place to get prescription eyewear but now there bad service and bad attitude towards customers precedes them. I paid $300+ up front and it took them almost a month longer to get my glasses back and the prescription wasn't even that good. In addition to taking them forever to get me my glasses as if they were being sent from outer space to planet earth they had given me an attitude to top it off.

Called 25 times to get a response the first time, just to ask if I could get an appointment to get my prescription checked. Was told I’d receive a call back within 30 minutes, had heard nothing back over a day later. Called another 10 times … More

Enjoyed the whole process. Dr Wong was super nice he even offered some Boba that his team was getting delivered. He also uses newer technology which is awesome. I recommend it highly

Very rude and careless staff. They do not care nor treat customers with respect. One of the employees disrespected and told a customer over the phone that she’d put her on hold for another customer and there wasn’t no other customer. She then continued and clicked on them while the customer was still speaking. Also the front receptionist said she didn’t speak Spanish to not help a customer.

Amazing service! My daughter is a midshipman at the Naval Academy and in her first year away from home. She found herself in urgent need of contacts before heading out on summer training. They saw her the same day, helped her figure out how … More
