I have been going to see Suzie Wong since I was 10, I am 26 now. She has been the most caring doctor I have ever had. My eye condition is never a job to her, it has always been her first priority to make sure I am taken care of. I appreciate her and all her practice has to offer. I was referred to her and I would refer her to anyone looking for a doctor that cares.

7 times there. Dr prescod is superb. But they r rich. Jaguars, bmw, porche expeditons, parking in the clisest patient allocated spots. Horrible mindset. Employees too. Meanwhile i watched several times ill or injured seniors and others walk oner 500feet to get to stairs to enter bldg. Ashamed.

Amazing! Megan and Ashlynn are wonderful, friendly, helpful, personable and patient! After a bad experience at Target Optical on Market place, I was so relieved to come here and to be treated so nicely. The virtual exam was more relaxing than normal exams and I felt that I could take my time and really figure out my true prescription without being rushed through the exam. The ladies helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses without being pushy at all. They let me take my time and try on so many pairs. Even without insurance it’s very affordable. I got a pair of glasses and contacts and plan to come back for prescription sunglasses. I’m so happy that I found this place! Highly recommend!

This place has incredible service, amazing prices and a generous selection of frames. I used to go to the big chain place where I got my last pair of glasses, but I did not like the services there since I could not feel I was cared by the Doctor and staffs. The best thing I liked about eyedeal optometry was Dr. Na was very thorough with her explanations and answered all my questions about my condition. In addition, they have cutting edge and computerized equipments for examining eyes. Dr. Na was able to take a picture of deep inside of my eyes. Patty was so helpful for me to select right glasses and sunglasses. The office looked like a remodeled and interior design was very simple, clean and modern look. They also have a great and trendy selections to choose and never forced me to purchase glasses. I had a great deal of discount for glasses and sunglasses compared to my previous visit to the big chain optical store. Lastly, they only took a couple days to finish my glasses and I was able to pick them up two days later compared to usually taking a week from other store. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and coworkers.

Only good things to say about Dr. Tan. It’s been quite a whirlwind finding a good optometrist and she is truely five star. She is very knowledgeable, uses up to date equipment, thorough, time sensitive, and has excellent patient rapport and communication skills. The optician was also very helpful in selecting the right frames for my needs. I am sticking with Dr. Tan and Blue Mountain Optometry.

I'm 71 years old and this is the first time I have felt the need to complain. Worst medical experience ever. Called me half an hour before i was to leave for appt to reschedule 2 hrs later. When I got there later people were complaining about waiting over 3 hours. Quickest eye exam I have ever had. I am not happy with my glasses and have spent $$ buying multiple pairs. Should have waited because I am going elsewhere for a second opinion. Staff was nice and personable. They also got my bifocals wrong.

everyone at the office is extremely professional and kind. The doctor listen to the concerns that I had with my eyes. She offered me suggestions on how to make my eyes feel better. I was able to select a frame from a large selection. And was fitted into a wonderful pair of glasses, that not only flatter my face, but help me see even better than ever. I highly recommend This office! You will not be disappointed!

customer service was as expected. Solved problem with broken frame , when original company "SEE" didn't help even though we paid them just 9 month ago $400 a pair .

Amazing experience doctors were very attentive and made sure to answer any and all questions not to mention very experienced and made the process very easy and calming. The staff and nurses prepared me for what to expect. Everything about the experience was great. Woke up the next morning with 20/15 vision, better vision than I have ever had in my life.
