I felt very comfortable everyone was professional yet caring! The Dr. was very informative. She listened and worked to make it a positive experience! I am very pleased and will definitely recommend to everyone looking for quality eye care!

Went in to try to get an appointment and the girls at the front desk called me weird. Nothing about the situation was weird. I had just gotten off of work and need new glasses. I told them my insurance and asked for the latest appointment due to my job. I chose this location because they seemed quick and reasonable, didn’t expect to be labeled “weird” for asking for a late appointment.

Please don't go here if you wear contacts. These people can not be trusted!!! Felicia is ignorant, the entire staff here including Carolyn are careless, ignorant and phony, prejudice and don't know their own manufacturer and distributors, I was given (4) different numbers by them for people who said they don't have their product and are not their distributers or my account number given couldn't be found. They don't even try to help you, their answer to everything is I don't know or they give you minimal info to avoid helping you. plus I was given 2 account numbers; the acct number mentioned was on my refund I asked for, so why be dumb enough to give me (2) account numbers while I was trying to figure out how long contacts on back order would take; I was told by another eye doctor they could have emailed their distributor for the info . I see why they only have 3 stars. They better refund me my $350 or I will file a merchant dispute and take it further if necessary

Visited this place yesterday! The front desk person was very welcoming! The Doctor was very great and very sweet. Sandra was very helpful in choosing the right glasses! Overall great experience!

I attempted to make an appointment as a new client for 2024. The representative over the phone was short, rude, and slammed the phone down as we ended the call. GOOD customer service is a driving force to any business! Oftentimes your first line of defense is the the front desk workers! When I called back to cancel the appointment the person was more than happy to cancel, and did not offer an apology or anything! I would not refer anyone to this place of business! I wish I could give this business no stars! This may be a common practice for this worker, she was very comfortable with being rude!

They were willing to work me in the same day, even though they were clearly very busy. I am new to the area and had a significant eye problem. My care from Dr Whiteside was excellent and not rushed. Would clearly recommend!!!!

Absolutely loved my experience here! The front staff were nice and Dr. Sie and her husband were positively lovely to work with. The location is easy to find, and the office is beautiful.
