I’d definitely recommend getting your eye exam and glasses here. Firstly they always have great deals . The staff is very respectful , helpful and make you feel so comfortable. 10/10 would recommend great deals and great quality glasses.

I walked into this location yesterday with somewhat of an emergency- I needed some new contacts before my upcoming wedding. Everyone in the office was so nice and accommodating. I spoke with Ms Tiara, Savannah, and two other ladies who were super helpful. They were able to get me new contacts and even taught men how to insert them. 10 out of 10 experience.

I called for an emergency appointment and was able to come in less than an hour later. Dr Osborne and all of the techs were very thorough with the tests, and I was advised on what next steps should be. The ladies up front made setting the appointment as well as filing with insurance incredibly simple. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of eye care!

Spectrum Eye Care on South Blvd is a great place to go for all your eye care needs where you can expect outstanding service every time! Their new Optometrist, Dr. Veronica Schuver, is an amazing person. She is extremely professional with a great personality, and a sharp mind. She's a great listener who talks with you instead of at you using everyday language and pictures to help show and explain things related to your treatment. All the staff at Spectrum Eye Care take pride in providing their patients with a comfortable experience from the exam rooms to the front office. One visit and you likely won't go anywhere else.

The South Blvd office is delightfully located at the corner with Remount - easy access. The receptionist, technical aide, and Dr. Osborne were so very pleasant and extremely competent. Everything is very new and the office is not crowed. The staff and the facility gave the sense of spaciousness. Definitely will go back again.

I went in today for an eye exam knowing I would probably need at the least readers. Well I need full time glasses and I have no insurance and the ladies went above and beyond to help get to a price point to work!! Thank you so much for your help! The doctor herself is very nice and approachable and answers all your questions even if you think they are stupid questions lol. Again thank you for your patience and persistence of all you did today!! Looking forward to a new lease on life with my new vision when my glasses come in!!

We have had some awful service at other eye doctors around Charlotte and were nervous to try another, but we were relieved at how lovely the staff was! I would recommend making your appointments in between the morning and lunch rush and after the afternoon rush, cause there is a bit of a wait, but once you are back the processes are swift and smooth. The doctor was super knowledgeable and friendly! Definitely recommend for your family eye care!

First they never called so after almost two months I called them for a fourth time. They say oh you have them they were delivered. I said no they haven’t. She then tells me they don’t have a manager she on vacation. I then asked for an acting manager. She claimed they don’t have one. She also would not give me corporate phone number. They finally said the glasses are there. This place is a joke! Don’t go here if glasses are important for seeing. Just don’t go! Blind in Charlotte for more than two months. I’d say adequate time to get glasses ugh!

If I could give more stars I would!! This Charlotte location of Hahn Eye Center is AWESOME! From the greeting I received at the front desk to seeing Dr Stephanie Hahn to the eye glass specialist and then even the delightful woman that checked me out to leave!!! Each and everyone of these professionals went above & beyond to explain things and answer all my questions. Dr Stephanie Hahn was kind, caring and sensitive to all my questions & concerns! She made me feel like she had all the time in the world to cover everything with me. I waited several weeks for this appointment and would have waited even longer to see her…she is worth the wait! She was extremely professional and spoke very intelligently but in terms that I could understand. Thank you Dr Stephanie for reconfirming to me that there are still very good Doctors in this world as you are definitely one of the BEST!!! Thank you kind & considerate staff, all you lovely woman are so gifted and have a special way of making your patients feel right at home!!!! What a GREAT OFFICE!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!

I can't imagine a better experience! I was very impressed with Dr. Stephanie Hahn. She is thorough and takes time to explain nuisances of the eye and progression of eye diseases. She is very likeable and professional. The care and time taken by Cathy to ensure i made the best decision in my frame selection was exceptional! She explained in detail the pricing and options for my glasses. I was extremely impressed.

It is very difficult to find frames that work for my face, and usually leave any place selling frames in frustration and discouragement. Kathy took her time with me, patiently helping me, even going on th computer when we found "almost" frames to see if they came in the proper size and color. I felt bad that I was taking so much of her time, but she was completely patient and did her job well.
