So awesome!! All the staff made me feel so welcomed! Super sweet ladies! Doctor is awesome!! Very nice and she really knows her stuff had me smiling and laughing the whole time! I would definitely recommend them and see them again! I am so happy with the service I received!! Thanks again !!

I can honestly say the experience that I had with this office was nothing less than amazing. Dr. Koonce was informative during my visit and she seems to be very knowledgeable in her field. She was friendly, pleasant and showed patience throughout my appointment. Overall my visit was great. A big thanks for your superior customer service!

Dr. Koonce came highly recommended and did not disappoint! She was excellent with my little girl! They hit it right off. Her staff was great and explain to my daughter what was going to happen so she would not be afraid since this was her 1st visit. We will definitely be back!

The eye exam was a breeze, and the doctor was so knowledgeable and informative - I learned things about my eyes I never even knew. Knowledgeable eye doctor, who took his time answering my questions and setting me at ease with any concerns. Even seen me without an appointment with a contact emergency and another with a two day notice....Great customer service with the whole staff!!

Love Dr. Mumford and her staff! I've been a patient for several years and love the fact that they are up to date on technology. Each time I've gone in there is something new that makes the exam process even easier. She has worked with me to find the right kind of contacts. This becomes a big deal when you're wearing multi-focal lenses and I appreciate her feedback on what the issues of each type might be so I can make the best choice for my lenses.

I had the best experience with Innovative Eye Care as a new patient! They live up to their practice name by delivering top-notch technology and utmost care. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I began the exam with a technician, Miranda, and she carefully walked me through the process. Then, I met with Dr. Krisa, who was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and took time to ensure I understood the diagnosis. She demonstrated empathy, and it’s obvious she cares about her patients. I’ve had trouble with my left eye, and now have comfort knowing why. I need a new pair of glasses, and loved meeting with Rachel to review the expansive selection of frames. Rachel pulled lots of options and she wanted me to be very happy with my decision. Everyone I met exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful I made the switch to this practice. I had an incredible experience with Innovation Eye Care! The office had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were both friendly and professional. Dr. Kenning's expertise and clear explanations were appreciated, and the minimal wait time was a plus. I am thankful to have found such an excellent eye doctor. Highly recommended.

Dr. Tammy Hawk is great and I've enjoyed seeing her for years! The practice itself has some challenges. The website is misleading saying you can schedule an appointment, but you still have to wait for someone to call you to schedule. Since my recent visit I've been trying to order contacts and have called 5 times without being able to get someone on the phone from the office who can help. Sometimes the phone will get picked up by a central number who can't help without details from the clinic, and then I am told again someone will call me back.

Dr. Moore and Dr. Head were both extremely competent and seemed to genuinely care. Claire somehow made a doctor’s visit legitmately enjoyable. Who knew that was possible?!
