Luv Dr. Tammy! She has been my optometrist for years, and I am thrilled that she stayed on with Triangle. She is very thorough, and always makes time to answer questions! She cares about her patients. The staff is also top notch! Friendly and supportive!

Dr. Gifford and his professional staff always keep an eye out for me. I have always felt respected and valued here. In the fall off my life, it seems as though medically related appointments are becoming the norm. However visiting this office has become pleasurable. And many of my concerns are resolved immediately when the staff reminds me that by removing my finger from my eye the condition would improve. Such foresight!! Thank you Dr. Gifford and staff,

I have been going to Dr. Gifford for many years and highly recommend him! His staff is professional, he is very knowledgeable and you are never kept waiting. I have always been more than satisfied with care I have received. This is a far cry from the factory atmosphere at many local eye clinics!!

This office is well run and managed. Dr. Gifford is excellent, very professional, thorough and competent. I have had eye exams at this office for many years and have complete confidence in his evaluations and recommendations. They use the latest equipment. I trust him for my eye care.

I have been going to Dr Moore’s office since moving to Charlotte 18 years ago. The staff is always friendly, professional and fun to be around. They are all knowledgeable, and efficient. I find the range of services and levels of the exams performed to be incredibly helpful. Thanks for being all around awesome folks!

My 16 yrs. old daughter had her yearly exam with Dr. Moore and had a great experience. She also had a great training session from the contacts tech on first time usage. My whole family enjoys their yearly appointments. The staff is very proficient, all optometrist are highly knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Dr Spencer Moore is a very gentle, personable, skilled and professional eye care doctor who takes time during the exam to review all eye assessments, and she explained in detail that was clear enough for me to thoroughly understand! The front desk Reps are very cordial and patient. Additionally, having an eye glass store on site is the best solution especially when getting fitted for glasses by Evan, he has a sharp eye for the right glasses for a clients style!

Best service ever!!! It started with my initial call to set up my first appointment. Professional from start to finish. She was very thorough and got everything together prior to me coming in. I enjoyed everone I came in contact with. The service was outstanding and Dr Jones was amazing. I have truly been missing out on the best service ever!! Thanks everyone for excellent service. 😀 ❤️

I found Dr. Jones as I was search for a second opinion on my current prescription. My visit today was very thorough. She even completed a few assessments that I had never been through with other optometrist! She is extremely knowledgeable and had great recommendations. I am glad my family and I found her!!

Dr Jones is great as always. Very personable and takes time to talk with you and is detailed throughout the exam. She is always open to helping you find the best contact fit if the current one doesn’t work well anymore. Highly recommend her to anyone!

Shame on you, shame on you shame on you. This medical system is sucks. They are robbing us for 0 of service. I drove for 2 hours for my 9.15am appointment- they put me to wait in the wrong waiting room and nobody called me for 1 hour. A asked 10 times what’s going on, then finally they figured I’m on totally wrong floor. Answer: “sorry you can reschedule”. Awful service, awful costumers respect, awful attitude but they like our money.
