This definitely is the worst doctor's office ever! I was told this was the only CEENTA location that specialized in dry eyes and I was needing a new prescription due to a dry eye flare up. I saw Dr. Miles and was in the office for 15 mins to be told something I already knew, then the doctor suggested putting me on an eye drop that I would have to use forever and I wouldn't see any relief until 3 months. My 1st thought was she's definitely not the doctor for me. Who places someone on an eye drop forever with perfect vision and hasn't had a flare up in over 8 years. Informed her of why the flare up has been so bad, no empathy then after she hears I'm not open to being on something long term she suggests the other options. Listening to your patient and their concerns is what makes a great doctor not just prescribing medicine.
The eye drops were prescribed last Monday and I have yet to been able to pick them up from the pharmacy. I informed the nurse after my insurance denied the script that they only pay for the brand name, the nurse sent in generic again in another suspension. My insurance needed an authorization form, 3 days later I receive a voice message saying the form was sent. I reached out to my pharmacy and they informed me no authorization form was sent in Friday. It's been a whole week and still no prescription after several messages sent over. The issue I had with my dry eyes is still not resolved. Just a waste of time and energy with this office!

Great doctors but absolutely horrible business practices and corporation. They wrongly booked our appointment and charged new patient fees for both including the incorrect doctor. When I called asking the additional charge to be removed from my bill, they spent months “processing” my claim before telling me my primary care doctor requested the incorrect doctor so they couldn’t do anything. I then went to my primary care doctor and they provided me the notes they wrote that didn’t specify any doctor proving that CEENTA lied to my face. They then still refused to refund me. I have never in my life seen a business jump through so many hoops to protect their incompetent employees and refuse to refund $90 that they basically stole from me. Please avoid if possible, I know I won’t be spending another cent here.

My wife and I have been going to Greenman Eye Assoc. for 20 years. Everytime we have been in the office it is always nice. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. Everything is clean with plenty of seating. The staff treat you so well. We have been seen by all the doctors over time. They take time to talk to you and answer questions. You leave feeling confident you have been well taken care of.

Dr. Herb is awesome! A little over a year ago I had surgery to remove a pituitary tumor the size of a golf ball. I thank GOD that Dr. Herb completed his tests and then referred me for an MRI when he wasn't satisfied. Dr. Herb saved my sight and possibly my life.

After seeing several different optometrists after moving to Charlotte, I am glad I tried Greenman Eye Associates. Drs. David and Herb are great at what they do, keeping what’s best for the patient in mind.
I got glasses in March and later decided to see Dr. Herb for an elective lens exchange consult. Dr. Herb was meticulous with making sure the measurements were precise. We also spoke extensively about the lens options and which would fit my lifestyle the best.
The surgeries were scheduled about a month apart and were fairly quick procedures. During my follow up the morning after each surgery, I had 20/20 vision! Incredible! I had worn glasses my entire life and my vision was extremely poor. The fact I was able to see perfectly a day after surgery was amazing.
I highly recommend visiting Greenman Eye Associates for your vision needs. Patients are treated well there by the entire staff. They are not trying to shove anything down your throat and there aren’t any hard upsells. Their patient focused approach was refreshing and different than the other optometrist offices I had tried out in the Charlotte area. I wont go anywhere else now that I’ve found the Greenmans.

I had a truly disappointing experience with this office today. I went in about a month ago for my routine exam; unfortunately I was experiencing dry eyes and needed to return to see Dr. Lutley. I paid for the initial eye scan during the previous visit. Today upon returning for my follow-up appt.; I was told that I would have to complete the entire process to include the eye scan again. Which would mean my paying for those services again. I wasted 45 mins of my time and did not have the exam that I returned for.
The front desk process and the office manager staff seemed cold and non-patient centered. This is unfortunate as my entire family of four are vision patients. We will find vision services someplace else.

Great experience, haven’t been to eye doctor in decades and lately noticed my close up vision getting worse. Went in and was met by friendly staff and Dr Howard was great. Turns out I finally need readers and they provided really helpful advice and didn’t push anything. Don’t hesitate to check them out!
