Overall the staff was very pleasant and professional. The doctor was very informative and took time to explain everything as did his assistant. The only beef is sending patients into a store a good bit away to look for a bathroom when I needed it during the process.

Excellent service! Dr. Ryan Corte is a professional, who is caring, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping patients. I would have gave 5 stars, but the waiting area is too small, with only 4 chairs, so it can be a little crowded!

Dr Bailey and team are amazing! I feel so comfortable with the care and the professionalism of the whole team! They truly care for their patients! Will not go anywhere else!

This practice is really top-notch - my family and I have been going here for years, and I second all of the praises for Dr. Bailey - just a genuinely nice, interesting, considerate, and professional person. No surprise Dr. Patel gets equally fantastic reviews.

Really great office. Friendly and efficient. Techs and doctors are very competent but they also respect that customers need to get in and out. Tricky to find - don’t use map apps!

I have been a patient at the same Spectrum eye center uptown for numerous years. One year I went to some place else. It was not the same. Every year I see Dr. Megan Price Osborne. She takes her time, asks me questions and addresses my issues and concerns. I don’t feel like a number or that I’m being rushed through the visit. I wear glasses and the staff is always willing to help me choose a new pair. Even if it means they have to wipe down 30 pairs, while I attempt to find just the right pair..

It’s the second time I had a consultation in this office and I loved it. Everybody is very professional and kind. I felt very good taken care of. There was time to discuss my eye health and options. Thank you very much Spectrum Eye Care team!

I give 5 stars because Patrice was amazingly helpful and the Doctor was very patient and answered all questions and we didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend them.

Dr Clement is good, but the office staff are lacking (and equipment/management is outdated to an alarming level). I called almost weekly for a month, left voicemails, and received zero calls back. When I did call and get to speak to someone, they told me they would look into it and call me back, they never did. I got so fed up with this I have not gone back and would not recommend.

I've been going to see Lisa for almost 2 years now and she is AWESOME. She's very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great esthetician, great office and friendly helpful staff. Prices are reasonable and I don't know of any other Med-Spa with a monthly club membership. Give them a try!! You'll be glad you did!!
