The front desk staff is very rude, specifically the lady with the short blonde haircut. They talked about me like I wasn’t there. And then told me that the doctor is no longer here and I should’ve received a phone call (no record of the call). I responded that I can just cancel the appointment and the lady responded “there’s no appointment to cancel I just told you the doctor is no longer here.”

First time, and for me it was a great of experience. I’ve read the prior comments and appreciate that each concern appeared to be addressed. The staff greeted me warmly, discussed out of pocket verses covered costs, and treated me respectfully. The doctor was patient and explained along the way. Based on my experience I will return.

Wonderful experience! The staff is so friendly and Amjad is very knowledgeable; he took time to explain things and answer all of the questions that I had. You can always tell in the health care industry when the provider cares about profits or patients and without a doubt Dr. Badwan and his staff go above and beyond to make sure their patients receive the best care. I am super happy with my glasses and new prescription! I normally do not like to wear glasses, I prefer contacts, but they had a really great selection of glasses and I found some that were perfect and I find myself wearing them more often than my contacts. I'm definitely recommending him to all of my friends and family!

I usually pick my healthcare providers by who's able to offer the latest technology - a sign that they keep up with their field and obviously care about their ability to care for patients. Dr. Badwan was the only provider I was able to find in the Raleigh/Cary area that offered Meibograph testing to help with my dry eyes. Not only did his eye health recommendations incredibly improve my comfort when wearing contact lenses, his office was extremely professional. Would definitely recommend his services to friends and family.

Dr. Badwan is wonderful! He is thorough and truly cares about his patients. The support staff is also friendly and professional. Our family has been going to him for years and will continue to do so!

I had the absolute worst experience dealing with Mr. Lopez, the assistant. He was so incredibly rude, I couldn’t believe it. I never write reviews but I had to after talking with him. He made me feel like an idiot for my questions and was so condescending. And sure, one of my questions was simple, but him rolling his eyes was unnecessary. I will also be reaching out to his management to talk about his behavior. Do NOT come here unless you want to be treated poorly.

My first visit and it was amazing!!! From the time of arrival until the time I’ve check out, I am so impressed with the dynamics of this unique practice, thank you everyone who helped me out today kind and very thoughtful and interested in my opinion Dr. Terry Kim is amazing. But then again, the entire procedure from check in to check out was amazing. I give them five stars.

Had a 1030am appointment for my mom for post op surgery. Actually saw the doctor at NOON. Waited two hours to be seen not counting the half hour early we showed up for the appointment so we wouldn’t rush. This is a blatant disregard for peoples time. It feels like a corporate greed move verses a patient centered practice. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. If we were 20 minutes late we’d have to reschedule. Patient care or rights loses again to total corporate complacency and the money grab. Zero consideration. Scheduling needs to drastically improve because the lack luster “we’re doing the best we can” won’t give us our hours back packed like sardines in the waiting area back.
