This is a great office for your eye doctor needs. They are a larger practice. They have two entrances and lots of staff. We make our appointment and got a slot fairly quickly. They took us right in and did a rather complete check up. The selection of glasses and contacts was great. With insurance the prices were rather reasonable and about what we expected. They are good about maintaining our glasses as well. They suggested we come back regularly to get adjustments and fixes. So we are happy and will be back.

My appointment did not disappoint me. The doctor I had was very thorough and gave me a couple of ideas or should I say therapy instructions to help improve or eliminate so of the issues I am currently having. I've been going to University Eye for close to 15 years and don't have any plans of changing. There are other businesses close to me but they have provided the best service so I choose to stay.

Dr Hemp is the best he always makes you feel comfortable. Ms Kim helped me pick out the perfect glasses for my face. . Everyone at university. Are great to work with thank you all !! For making this experience great.

Friendly front desk staff. Doctor answered all my questions and had me checking out in a very reasonable amount of time. Rachel at in the glasses/contacts Shop was extremely helpful and provided me with many options as well as the prices for each. Pleasant experience overall and will return.

Everyone was super kind and helpful! Dr. Mokris was so lovely. She was such a knowledgeable person and had solutions for every problem/question that I had…. But really I can’t say enough about how nice and helpful everyone is.

When I came in, there was huge storm outside that knocked out some power and also took down the internet. Although I had to wait a little longer to get checked in, everyone was very patient and did the best they could despite not having access to their computer charts or anything. The next morning, I had received my prescription via email and a very considerate apology.

I couldn't be happier with eyecarecenter. From the second I walked in the door , everyone was nice and treated me as a priority. The office is very clean, professional, and organized. Dr. Schorner is very personable and it's obvious how much she truly cares about her patients. I just wish I had found eyecarecenter years ago!

Dr. Balding is kind, compassionate and intelligent. He is professional without being stuffy and condescending. The staff is friendly and courteous.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but this is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had to go through with retrieving my glasses. I was already skeptical getting my eye exam done with them being that I usually get them done yearly elsewhere. Once I was able to purchase my glasses, they told me that it would normally take 1-2 business weeks AT MAX to retrieve my glasses. ITS BEEN A MONTH. After so many days of run arounds, and whenever I called nobody can even locate them, I’ve became extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and off put by how customer service is handling this situation. Seems like no once cares. Me not having my glasses for over a month has affected my job performance, my driving, in which it is illegal to drive with my current prescription. And mental health in general. I tried calling in for one last time today, and now, nobody wants to pick up and my call keeps getting dropped. In which this forced me to leave a review. DO NOT BUY HERE. They will not treat your concerns as a priority. At this point, I just want my money back. Keep the glasses please.

From the very first phone conversation, I was impressed. As I sat waiting for my turn, the front desk was polite and caring with everyone they encountered. When it was my turn, I was impressed with the knowledge and confidence of my technician. The Dr. Washington was patient and explained what was going on with my eyes in great detail. The young lady who assisted me when choosing my frames had a wonderful personality and was exceptionally helpful. I will be returning and I will recommend this office to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful service!!!
