Was billed for contacts I never ordered and then they turned me over to a collection agency.

Choosing glasses can be a headache and can be pretty frustrating. There were obstacles through the ordering process and I was pretty grumpy. However, Phoenix and Wendy were extraordinary. They were incredibly patient, helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to help meet my optical needs. Super impressed and recommend this store. They won’t disappoint!

Absolutely flawless experience! Came in while I was in Billings working for a month and the did a top notch eye exam and made me 2 pairs of glasses in less than 2 hours out the door!

I love the doctor. I would have given them 5 stars, but they changed a quote for my contact lenses. Once they found I had insurance they charged me $28.00 more than the quote. I called them on it and it sounds like that is their normal practice, which in my opinion is not a good way to run your business. I think they could also use a class on customer service as well. Would it hurt you to be pleasant?

Great experience! I’ve been bouncing around the past few years trying to find the right eye doctor. Dr. Jackson was thorough, very easy to talk to and his staff was very accommodating as well. I’ll be back for sure!

Dr. Fitzgerald was very helpful. He explained his recommendations to me, talked me through his work as he went, and was friendly and respectful the whole time. I would definitely go back to him again.

This was the easiest experience I have ever had picking out glasses! Not only was Salicia attentive to my wants she was honest and helpful in finding the perfect pair of glasses. Best part was the price didn’t break my pocket book! I’ll be back for sure! Family and friends you don’t have to get your glasses from the doctors office look for alternatives.

Salicia is amazing! She has a knack for finding the perfect frames for your face. She hand-picked the coolest signature pair of sunglasses for me (I didn't even know I needed them until she texted me a photo). Plus the service is great. Over a year later, she did a full tune-up and even replaced a worn out screw.
