Dr Singh is a great Dr . His whole staff is so kind and very helpful.. I would highly recommend going to him with any eye problems

I haven’t spent that much time with Dr. Camejo to judge one way or the other. For the time I have spent i felt like he knew exactly what needed to be done and was efficient at doing it. The staff was well trained and got me in and out without a great deal of waiting. Parking was good. The whole experience was good. No complaints.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The building was clean. The wait was minimal considering the number of patients. The Doctor was kind, did not rush, took time to answer all of our questions regarding the surgery. The next morning I received a call informing me my insurance would cover the procedure. I was scheduled for the procedure and provided me with the amount of my co-pay would be.

Dr. Camejo recently did surgeries on both of my eyes, two weeks apart. One surgery was a rather complex combination of several procedures. He was patient, kind, and understanding. He explained things in advance, as well as answered questions that arose in between appointments. Throughput the process I’ve felt like my vision was placed in capable hands. I highly recommend Dr. Camejo and Sabetes Eye Centers!

Dr. Hawk is amazing as always, and the dark haired girl that did my pre testing was extremely nice. The only con is the girl who helped me pick out glasses seemed like she couldn't be bothered she was rude and was worried about her phone more then she was helping me pick out glasses. I think her name was Tara. I would come back for Dr Hawk time and time again, but would rather not have to deal with Tara.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve never had an issue with ANYONE there. Jill in particular was very kind and helpful. Dr. Hawk is a patient and incredibly intelligent man. He answers all questions and has understood my situations I’ve been in, and be quick to help. I love this place. As someone who HATES getting eyecare and wants in and out of appointments, they’re quick and efficient and the place I will always go to from now on. Thank you all so much for getting me in for an eye exam in the middle of this pandemic, you all are greatly appreciated!!

Dr Ridings is amazing! She explained everything and is very comprehensive- I just had the best eye checkup ever (in almost 20 years of eye checkups!)

I am giving them 1 star for customer service and being able to contact them. I tried for over a month to contact them to see if my glasses were ready. I get the recording and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I literally put the phone down and mopped my floor and they still didn't answer. So, I called at a different time early in the morning and late in the afternoon and the same thing, no one ever picked up the phone. So, if you order you glasses from Vision works don't expect them to ever answer the phone , you will not get a call to inform you they are ready, you will just have to pop at the location and hope they are ready.

Worst customer service experience ever! I have been to both visionworks worksstore at Independence and Kansas City store.I have had two pairs of glasses remade a total of nine times. I have experienced everything from store customer service reps measuring where my no line bifocal off to mostly lab having my prescription totally wrong! I also experienced problems with digital progressive lens and when requested to have glasses remade with standard progressive lens after reinarate from the store to be sure to have lab make glasses with standard progressive lens, what comes back digital lens. I never experienced such incompetence in my life to go through this.I have vision loss in one eye and I couldn't stress enough my struggle with wearing a old prescription while I waited to finally get my glasses back today. What was even more frustrating was my repeated calls to store manager at Independence store, who never got back to me, complaints to customer service and my request to speak with district manager and to present date no response. This right here infuriates me,it sends a message to the customer that no one cares.A free pair of glasses or some nominal refund doesn't make up for it when you get ignored, you try to be patient I don't understand how a lab especially can screw up this many times. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Fast. Super friendly. They focus on you and just you to make sure you get exactly what you need. I was really happy with the cost after insurance also. Wonderful people.

They tried to give me the wrong glasses and refused any kind of refund or reorder, unless I gave them more money. I'm disabled and they tried to take advantage of me. Tried. I had to dispute it with my bank to get my refund. What kind of people do that?? This was in 2022. How does this business have 4 stars???
