Everyone seem nice but the lady against the wall going south. She has an attitude and do not listen to the customer. The glasses were dirty. And my son and I seem to have a painful bump on our right eye after the visit. Was wondering if anyone else got this. Our visit was last Thursday 9-21-23

Picked up glasses back in March of 2023 and was fine but then all of sudden the top of the lenses started popping out and wouldn’t stay in. So try to do a little fix but nothing as I’m disabled she asks why I didn’t bring them in I said because I’m disabled and don’t like to get out and she didn’t want to accept that the lenses didn’t fit but I was willing to pay for new lenses but then she wanted me to pay for new frames and then got attitude because she knew she was at fault for the way the lenses were cut

I can always expect genuine pleasant and professional care on every visit. This time was no exception, the staff is polite, friendly and show they care about me and their obligations to me and the doctor. Speaking of Dr. Wentworth, I know without a doubt, I will receive the best medical care possible during my visit. Add to that, her genuine friendly and relaxed attitude always make me feel special and safe in her care. Sending THANKS is my pleasure.

Usually I don't leave reviews, if I don't go back to a service or provider, pretty sure the message is sent. Patrick is the Optometrist that has examined my eyes several times and will hopefully continue to do so. I'll go there as long as he is there. Difficult to find docs that are actually warm to patients, Patrick is. I would totally recommend going. Also, the staff is warm and the entity carries a wide array of products for patients to choose from. Patrick, you're the rare service provider that warrants a review from me, thanks.

I never feel rushed, whether I am in with the doctor or picking out frames or getting a fitting. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable, and there is no pressure to buy anything you don't want or need. I've been going here about 17 years now and plan to continue.

Had Smile done and although I knew exactly what to expect was still nervous. He made the entire process so fast and easy. He talks to you the entire time and was very comfortable. They allow a guest to be in there with you during the process and that helps tremendously! He takes the time to walk you by hand to the recovery room which adds a personal touch and was extremely nice. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

From the time I entered the building I was greeted with smiles. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The lobby is clean, bright, and inviting. I was called back by the nurse within minutes and had very little wait time. That nurse, or eye technique explained things as she went and quickly made me feel at ease. Dr. Dawson took the time actually listening before answering my questions as he thoroughly examined me. It was a great experience! I highly recommend this location and Dr Dawson!

Great experience with Teresa and Dr Dawson. They took the time to review my chart, discuss any issues and found a resolution to help make my vision crisper. The administrative staff was easy to work with arrival through ordering lens, payment, and scheduling next appointment. Thank you Discover Independence.

The staff is very friendly and they made me feel very comfortable. The technician was awesome she is awesome at her job. The Doctor explained everything she was doing and why. Had answers for all my questions. I will definitely be back. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable.

Dr Bray's office is always so nice and very courteous. Our family has been going there for years. Always love seeing Sherry's wonderful smile when we walk in.

I have been going here since I was 10 years old. I am now 31 and they have been and continue to be fantastic. They actually care about you and listen to you. I am very thankful to them for my eye health and have referred them to others over the years, even to co workers. This place is very highly recommend for you eye care.
