Great practice! Dr. Gallo is an excellent eye specialist and Dr. Anderson is a wonderful doctor! Nothing but good things to say about this practice. I have been coming here 15 years and I can always get an appointment if I need one.

Dr Gallo wanted to do a surgery on my eyes. I went to two other specialists for 2nd opinion and they they were strongly disagree with Dr Gallo and surgery was not needed. Thank God!

This is a great group of people who are really good at what they do. Dr. Gallo is great at explaining things and the staff around him is terrific. Stephanie is a stand out. Through all of the testing and difficult things I've been dealing with, she makes me feel comfortable. Expertise and empathy are a great mix and they've got it.

I have been a patient of Dr Brusie and Dr Velez for years. Their practice is excellent. The care I have received is excellent and done with the greatest concern for the health of your eyes. Yes, there is a long wait time for all you complainers, but the wait is worth the care you receive. Both of these doctors are polite, caring and very thorough in my opinion. I have gotten older and have developed some serious eye issues and I feel very confident that my eyes are getting the best of care from this practice. Dr. Velez is extremely thorough and takes the time with her patients to review and discuss their medical care. Highly recommend her, she is an outstanding ophthalmologist.

Very pushy and aggressive staff. The person "helping" me kept suggesting that I had no idea about lenses and glasses that suit me. I kept telling him what I wanted and he kept handing me frames that I didn't want and stating that he knew better than me. He actually insulted me by saying that I have never owned a good pair of glasses in my life. He attempted to show me the difference between the "premium" lense/glass and my "walgreens reader glasses" from warby parker. There was literally no difference in my opinion (maybe a marginal difference in clarity, but nothing significant), but he again insulted me by saying that I have no idea about glasses. Terrible service and very expensive (even for their "cheaper" frames). Look elsewhere!
