I dont know where all these negative reviews have come from...but they are absurd!!! From the first time I walked thru the door at Bello Opticans.I was treated with complete professionalism and respect...from a greeting by Heidi...to an exam by Dr.Giovanucci to meeting with Nick Bello himself...it felt like I was family...when I received my 2 new pairs of glasses,exactly a week later,as they promised.I was thrilled with the results...I would recommend them to everyone...thank you Bello Opticans.

Dr. Daines goes above and beyond to help his patients! He's an expert who loves his work and is very professional and caring. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Daines is awesome. Clinically, he is at the top of the list. His manner with me was totally professional yet totally warm and sincere. He is compassionate, caring, and never made me feel hurried when I was in an appointment with him.

Leslie took a lot of time to answer all of my questions and price out my glasses four or five different ways. She was extremely pleasant and comfortable to work with and made the experience enjoyable!

My wife and I had a great experience! We each bought two pairs of glasses and the helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff made the entire process a breeze. Very reasonable prices too.

Leslie over at Target Optical was such a pleasure! I came right before they closed, but she was not bothered in the slightest and was pleased to help me with an issue that took a bit longer than expected to resolve. Leslie certainly went over the top and made what would normally be a mundane process into one that was as enjoyable as it could be given the context 😂

Calles Northborough office to make an appointment and my call was rerouted to Worcester for the appointment. Showed up and they didn't accept my vision insurance, but do accept in Nortborough. Waste of my F in time......drove a two hour round trip missing work and they couldn't tell me they didn't accept the insurance in advance ? !!!
