I got some great quality glasses here and the doctor is good.

I went to see Dr. Berk today for an issue that was causing pain in one of my eyes. He was a little stand offish at first, but immediately warmed up to have a great patient/physician experience. He immediately accessed and handled the situation. The pain immediately went away after the minor procedure. And he gave me a prescription to take home. It was like he was magical. I highly recommend!

Terrible bed side manner, gives off creepy vibes.. one man operation no follow up skills.. last visit he had hassled me for insurance when I was going to him for years and refused to see when I was covered

Not sure how the doctor is himself, I am here with the wife but it's winter and the waiting room is about 40 degrees, bring a blanket

Walked in to have some nose pads on my glasses repaired. Was a busy day and was expecting to wait a bit. To my surprise I was in there for less than 10 min; glasses fixed, they came out and also quickly reset my sunglasses I was wearing, payment took 15 seconds, and as I thanked them and went to walk out, the woman at reception desk was in the middle of helping someone else but made sure to hand me a fresh, new glasses cleaning cloth on my way by. Great place, great people :)

Jose helped me, Francisco a lot, he is a definition of an amazing customer service. He took the time to explain everything about the glasses, took my measurements and order my glasses. He was very professional and attentive, showing that he cares for the clients. Will keep going and refer all my family.

If I could give 0 Stars for the guy who takes your eyeglasses frame measurements I would!! same goes for the female eye doctor. They both lack people skills. The only folks who deserve a 5 star are the receptionist!!! Don't waste your hard earn money in this place.

I saw Dr. D’ambrosio for a chronic eyelid condition I've been suffering from for decades. After one visit he prescribed me something that fixed my issue. This man is a godsend. 10/10 would recommend.
