If you're black or Hispanic DON'T go there they are racist! Go to Goral Optician instead or somewhere a little nicer! That asian wang j grace ( joan lee grace ) that they call doctor is VERY RUDE and RACIST! She has a long unfriendly face , unpleasant and unprofessional too. Not even deserving of 1 star. There is a white doctor, racist as well. Let them stay miserable by themselves. They'll get their karma. Customer service is a must and they tremendously lack that. They need another job or retire already since they are unhappy. Trust me, save your time and money . Don't let them rain on your parade. Never going back there. TCHAU ADIOS HATERS :) They need Jesus and love.

I absolutely adore this woman. I have a degenerative eye disease so I see her every 6 mos. She's thorough easy to contact. Non judgemental and she was very nice to my kids.

The easiest fastest process ever. I was in & out in 15 minutes with my prescription I recommended this place highly. No parking I saw tho so go early

Found out through my insurance company that they're billing for diseases I don't have. This gets them more money from insurance companies. This is fraud. I was told I have perfect vision but my insurance company was told I have a rare eye condition that I was treated for. Have already reported them to my insurance company's fraud department.

Have been a patient of Dr. Weisman for nearly 20 years. Still found him a caring professional who takes pride in his profession.

Dr. Weisman was very professional and genuine. Highly recommend despite the long wait.

Dr. McCabe is an intelligent, skilled and compassionate ophthalmologist! He takes time to explain your condition and treatment options in a caring and professional manner. He doesn’t “dumb down” his explanations but speaks with you on an appropriate level. You are a part of treatment decisions and he explains what he is doing every step of the way in a sensitive and reassuring way!

My mother goes to see Dr McCabe I love this guy he is so smart his bed side manor is out of this world he takes his time with his patients and makes sure they understand what is going.. I would Highly recommend him.. And his staff is the best too!

Adam in Dr. Ding's office has superior customer service skills. During my interaction with him at the front desk, he was professional and kind. The doctor's office was very busy but Adam treated each patient with patience, kindness and respect. He also communicated with each of us about the wait time without us having to ask. I appreciated his enthusiasm and professionalism. Thanks Adam for making UMass a great place to get care!
