Vision Source of Worcester and Spencer were wonderful to work with. We loved our visit!

I went to Vision Source to see their specialist eye Dr for an issue that it doesn't seem your regular eye exam clinic can handle as they don't all have the device to diagnose. I had what seemed to be "binocular vision" from an eye injury after Googling my symptoms. I would get extremely dizzy driving on the highway, along with massive headaches. The Dr was able to diagnose with their special tools & then gave me items to exercise my eyes with to correct my vision. It seemed to pull my eyes back to working together and I have not had issues since. Also, the front end staff was very kind, the office is EXTREMELY clean & has a hip setting. I would definitely recommend Vision Source.

Dr. Scott and his staff are extremely nice. I've been going to Webster Sq. Vision for years. Dr. Scott is an excellent doctor, he saw me immediately when I was experiencing eye pain. He's kept up with my follow up appointments and personally made sure I was comfortable with my new lenses. I highly recommend Dr. Scott

Called to schedule an appointment as the receptionist answered I said “ hi how are you doing” he then answered rudely “busy what can I do for you” very bad customer service

I have needed glasses my whole life and I have been to many different optometrists but for the first time in my life the optometrist at Webster Square Vision did my glasses so well that when I put my new glasses on that I could really see and so clearly for the first time in my life. Excellent Eye care and the whole office was very professional and friendly.

Great service. This office has incredible technology that gave me a more accurate prescription, great selection of frames and super friendly staff. I always take forever to pick out frames and they’re so accommodating.

Dr. Williams is a fantastic doctor and surgeon! Very professional. His follow-up care after surgery is beyond reproach!!

My primary care provider recommended Dr. Arinella. I called his office on two (2) separate occasions and caught them out of hours on both occasions. I left messages requesting a call back so I could schedule an appointment. They never returned my calls. I'll look elsewhere.

I see Dr. Mary Gilman and I really like her. My problem is the reception is not friendly or personable. I just called to get advice because my toddler poked me hard in the eye last night and it felt like it was scratched. Today my eye feels normal. I called the office, waited on hold for 6 mins to have someone pick up and hang up on me. Called back and waited on hold again and the woman I spoke to was really delayed with any response and didn't help me at all. Every question I asked she gave practically no response. No help at all. Couldn't even offer me advice on a personal level. Guess I'll be transferring to another office.
