From the first call I could tell this office was top quality. The ladies at the front desk are welcoming and communicative, also very helpful with any questions I had. I am so appreciative they were able to get me in as quickly as they did considering I needed new contacts. I was impressed with Dr. Forgues and his assistant, Gabe. The technology is current and the explanations behind any questions I asked were easy to understand and thorough. Very happy to be seen as a patient here !

Forgues Eye Care is absolutely the best eye doctors In Worcester County! All of the staff are unbelievably kind as well as professional and answer all of your questions completely and make you feel comfortable immediately entering the office! Dr Matt Forgues is an absolutely wonderful eye doctor Who really takes the time to learn about any issues you are having as well as doing research to make sure that all of your concerns are addressed. I recently had a vitreal detachment and he made me feel completely at ease knowing that he was monitoring my care and help me to understand the process of this happening. I highly recommend Dr Matt and his whole staff!

I have been going to Forgues Eye Care for about 20 years and my son as well. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about them. I loved the old office staff who were there forever. There seems to be completely new staff, except for 1 or 2 people, but they all seem as wonderful as the previous staff.

Needed cataract surgery on my left eye . Dr. Kleinberg did the surgery, and made me comfortable.Had a couple of follow ups. Staff was very professional. Last follow-up was today. My appointment was with Dr.Anderson. She was very professional, and again I felt relaxed. Strongly recommend.

This office was very aggressive and unprofessional at handling the front desk demanding my disabled child wear a mask when he is medically exempt from wearing one due to his multiple disabilities. I told the front desk this on the phone prior to the appointment. I was also told I needed to present documentation of the inability to wear a mask that is protected by HIPPA laws. After that harassment I decided to leave as I felt we were being discriminated against for having medical issues. I’m actually happy to have left because I definitely don’t want to deal with the Natzi Germany like behavior and discrimination.

It's the 21st century. Nowhere on their site has a listed phone number. I misplaced my prescription and needed it ASAP. They won't email (again, it's the 21st century) but they could fax it (who uses fax these days?) By the time I'll get this mailed to me, it'll be too late for my eyeglass appointment. WOA, you really need to enter the second decade of the 21st century. I realize that most of your clientele aren't familiar with contemporary methods of communication, but that's rapidly changing. Refusing to email people and using the always slow USPS is a very inefficient use of time.

Disrespictful staff from front to the Dr. They dont clean anything well. The Worest one. Is the Dr. Don't recommend. They Just want to steal more money. They will not give you your dignose or after visit summey The dr was look like trying to solve a math problem not helping a patient to get good care. I will never go back there It was first and last visit there.

The staff was so nice and professional. They got us into the office in less than an hour for an emergency visit. Dr. Meltzer was great and so informative. He really cared about how we were feeling and made us so comfortable. But our minds at ease. 100% would recommend anyone to go see them

They are aggressive staff and the doctor refuse to explain what is the Diagnosis and anwer ,he just said search on google I don't have time to you .if you ask for your summary vist to what you have they will charge you a money ,I don't recommed them

I needed urgent surgery because of a detached retina. I was operated by Dr. Benjamin Botsford, a very competent, kind and polite doctor. Thank you so much doctor!!!!

Everyone was excellent there. If you plan to do a walk in just know it may take a while before you see the doctor, but this is normal, which is why I like going in the afternoon walk in hours. They started to take me in about an hour after I arrived. I went in for a problem related to my retina and all the staff were excellent, Dr Luna is wonderful and made sure I knew what was going on and gave me the chance to voice any questions or concerns. I will definitely come back here!
