I was introduced to SEE by their Newbury store, and was thrilled to find a location even closer to my work (in Cambridge). Dr. Cope is both smart and kind. She takes any anxiousness out of a visit to the eye doctor and makes me feel immediately at ease. And I’ve never had such fun picking out glasses! I typically work with Rob, who is an artist—truly. He makes sure you walk out with styles that work for you (and help expand your collection… if you’ve been taken with that sweet rewards program:) Everyone else I’ve interacted with at the store has also been wonderful. From answering questions to fixing frames to making sure I have enough contacts on hand, this place is one of the shops in Harvard Square that make it feel like a real community. Thank you, SEE!

We’ve been coming to this place for years because of Rob. There’s cheaper eyeglasses around, but the advice and the individualized attention we get keeps us loyal customers. Also, SEE eyewear are some sturdy, high quality glasses and I believe you get what you pay for.

Dr Summer is amazing! She literally helped me getting a better prescription and answered all my questions regarding my prescription and contact lenses. I hate going to the doctor but because her customer service skills I will be coming back every year.

I just had my annual eye exam at her practice. Dr. Mcgeever is very professional and takes the time to explain everything in detail. She is by far the nicest, most genuine eye doctor I have ever had and you can tell she is just a great person. I would recommend her to anyone. Dr. Mcgeever if you're reading this I hope you and your staff have a wonderful holiday.

Highly recommend Custom Eyes. Kevork is so sweet and always goes above and beyond for customers. He also has a knack for picking out glasses that look great - he selected my favorite pair in the last 10 years. I kept coming here even when we moved out of the city - it's worth it!

Nice mannered and professional gentleman — fixed my glasses within minutes, replacing a lost screw. He also gave me kind advice on which glasses suited my face best, narrowing my option to one that picked up on my softer features and were actually less expensive than the others I was deciding amongst. Calm environment, playing classical music. Nice selection of glasses and sunglasses at different price ranges. Some domestic, some international, and eco-friendly ones.

I took my glasses in for a repair and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. My glasses are good as new! I'll definitely be back for any future repairs I might need.

I have been seeing Dr. Robinson for several years for routine eye exams. He was watching a cataract that was worsening in my left eye. He never pushed me into surgery. When the time came we both decided I needed to have it removed. The surgery was so easy. The next day when the bandages came off, I couldn't believe how much my vision had improved. Very satisfied with vision exams and now cataract surgery as well.

Just had my second cataract operation. Dr Robinson is terrific. Both were very successful. He is very thorouhh. Very professional. I would recommend him to anyone. Another patient told me she went from 20/80 vision to 20/30!

Great attention to detail and customer. Excellent eye exam Responded to every question and concern. Has the latest machines for testing. Great assistance choosing glasses with current fashion choices, and. straightforward information about costs. Can be relatively more expensive, but very accurate, made on the premises, and they will fix it to make it exactly right. It’s important to get the right prescription and fitting, especially for progressives. They were recommended by my eye doctor about two decades ago, and I’ve been going there ever since. Easy parking in the back.
