By far the best experience I've ever had with an optometrist and eye-glass fitter (assistant). Dr. Letourneau solved the issues I've been having for years due to an incorrect contact lens and eye-glass prescription. I am so grateful for her expertise and wonderful 'bedside manner'. Her assistant helped me find the best frames for my face. I can't find the words to praise them enough.

This is a store with amazing people that stand by their product and don't hesitate to make repairs or process warranty work. I will always shop here and feel lucky to have found the store for my eyewear. And that's saying lot because I live six hours away in Delaware.

Fast and efficient. I was early for my appointment, but I was able to see the doctor sooner and got out in less time than expected! The office was clean and sanitary and the receptionist was polite. They have a modest selection of glasses available for order. My glasses were supposed to take two weeks, but I got them much faster. Completely satisfied with the entire office.

I was very attached to Dr Reisman and will miss him. I don't believe I will return to see anyone else. However, I received a phone message today about an appointment for 23 MAY,which I do not have. Check you records for who does have an appointment for that day

Stay away from this doctor. She doesn't respect your time. I waited to see this doctor for an hour with no apology for her tardiness from her or any of her staff. Everyone seemed surprised and looked upset when I inquired where was the doctor! The technician had no idea when she would show up. Since I wasn't ready to waste hours of my precious time and had to get back to work, I had to leave without getting any treatment. Of course, she didn't bother to get in touch with me and apologize. It's time for this doctor to step out of her self-importance and learn some basic manners. Until then, she doesn't deserve your business.

Doctors are great-clearly they have a ton of patients though and you have to be prepared to ask your questions ahead of time as it’s kind of “this is what you have and here are two options”. Techs can vary and no one seems to get that you are there because you can’t see very well-and your contacts aren’t in! Still this is the place to be if you have serious vision problems.

Went here for my annual eye exam & contact lens exam. Needed to switch up from Pearl Vision because the Brockton location messed up my insurance benefits last year and I wasn’t able to get glasses. But this location is amazing, from the technician who starts off your appointment to the doctor themselves. They are very thorough and ask lots of questions that no other company or office has ever asked me! I have a consultation for lasik coming up as well so if the doctors that perform that are anything like the ones I saw this past Monday, then I definitely found my new home for eye care!

Wonderful, all-around experience. Administrative staff was very friendly and helpful. The clinical staff was great at explaining every procedure that was performed. And finally, Dr. Grégoire was extremely thorough in explaining my current vision issues and steps that can be taken to manage them.
