Had a couple of great experiences at this location recently! All the sales associates were friendly and helpful, especially Don the optician- he helped me adjust a couple pairs of glasses and was super professional, knowledgeable, and kind. All-around seamless experience. Thanks, team!

Well…. Walked in on Saturday afternoon 9/9/23. Looked at frames in EVERY single display. Tried on at least 25 frames, so it should have been obvious I was a serious customer. Problem is for the 25-30 minutes I was there, NOT ONE EMPLOYEE said a word or acknowledged me. Walked 1/2 block down and HAPPILY spent my 700 at My Eye Dr.

The team did a fantastic job of helping me find frames that fit my stronger prescription. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for glasses in the New Orleans area. I was so impressed with the service that I brought my son there when he needed his first pair of glasses. Their optical and customer service skills are unmatched.

Had an emergency needed to be seen Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. Got an early appointment with Dr. Barry Leader. He was the absolute BEST! Genuinely concerned and I felt he really cared. Was going to meet me at the office on Black Friday(they are closed) if my eye was not better. He has called to check on me as well. Highly recommend Dr. Leader and the team at Eye Care Associates! 👁 🙂

Always receive the best of care by Dr Vincent. I came in after cataract surgery and complained of foggy vision. I thought he could simply polish my lens but his excellent staff took pictures as a precaution orders by Dr.Vincent. Thank God Dr Vincent took the extra time as the pictures revealed lack of blood flow to my retina. He immediately set me up with a retina specialist who concurred his findings....they had me up my blood thinners and I became 1 of a few who corrected my vision. My follow up checks show the blood flow has been corrected and he saved my eyesight

Dr Vincent and his staff are awesome! Always quick. I never have to wait more than a minute or two. The ladies in his office are very helpful, and he is an outstanding doctor!

Their very knowledgeable and good at what they do. From my multiple experience's there. Yet their eyewear is a little bit on the pricey but it's all good 👍👍 …

Scheduled an appointment months in advance, the office called me the day before saying they need to reschedule which wasn’t a problem except the next available appointment wasn’t until the next month. Again not really a problem just a little inconvenient since I was running out of contact lenses. They started calling me to confirm the appointment a week prior, I confirmed it by phone and text. The Monday before the appointment someone from the office left a very harsh voicemail saying if I didn’t confirm the appointment it would be canceled- I quickly called back and informed the receptionist I’ve already confirmed it twice but I was still going to the appointment. The day of the belle Chasse bridge was broken which caused me to be a little late, I called to inform the office I would be late but I was on my way and they informed me that if I was more than 15 minutes late I would forfeit my appointment and still have to pay. I got there just in time and the receptionist was incredibly rude to me as he checked me in. I still had to wait 15-20 minutes to see the doctor and he told me they didn’t have my preferred brand of contract lenses but they would order them and would be in within the week. I’ve been waiting for over a month and still haven’t heard back. I’ve called and left multiple messages but no one knows how to help me or returned my call. Beyond disappointed in this office and the rude staff that works for them.

Eye glass dept. is horrible. They don't inform 1st time patients of their policies. They make multiple mistakes from setting line height to damaging lenses when installing them and stripping the threads on the frame. They refuse to give a refund after going back and forth for months and still not having glasses that are paid for. And my prescription still isn't correct.

Super friendly staff. Dr. Stanton is very dedicated and professional. Very personable. Highly recommend.

Best Surgeon in the world as far as I'm concerned. Could not have been nicer, more professional and she did a perfect surgery on my right eye.
