I found this office to be very efficient. My appointment was on time. The check in desk was very friendly. The nurses all introduced themselves and helped ease the nerves. They constantly checked on me and asked if I needed anything. The whole process went quickly and without any bumps. I appreciate all they did. It was my second visit and the first was the same. A big thank you to all the staff at Vision One. You are a great team.

I was extremely pleased with my entire experience at Vision One. The staff were all very friendly, uobeat and knowlegeable. I felt confident as I went through my procedure because of their efficiency and expertise. I would highly recommend Vision One to my family and friends. A+++ facility and 5 star treatment.

I love Dr. CHU! I have been co.ing to this office for approximately 10 years and would never change. She is friendly and professional. Dr. Chu makes you feel comfortable and keeps you informed. The rest of the staff is great also!!

Entire experience from check-in to sign-out was seamless and very professional. Anne Marie continues to impress with her ability to explain relevant medical information and still complete all testing and assessments in a timely manner. Highly recommend the practice for is efficiency and professionalism.

I am ALWAYS impressed w the service, speed, and staff at Moore. They get you in promptly and moved through all the testing quickly, but you do not feel rushed by them or the doctor. I see Dr. Nancy Crawford; she is extremely pleasant and efficient. She did 2 in-office laser procedures on me expertly. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for excellent, kind eye specialist.

Dr. Hagar and the entire staff at Sterling are fantastic. I am NOT a good patient when it comes to the eye doctor lol i ask SO many questions and fidget nonstop (I get SO nervous when anything is near my eyes!). Dr, Hagar was so patient, answered all my questions. He was super friendly and a true pleasure to be around. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him during my exam. I highly recommend, you won’t be sorry!

This was my first visit to Sterling Optical Exton. I was truly impressed. Their professional knowledge and clear communication taught me a lot about things to consider when choosing frames. They had a great selection to chose from. They also let you know if you wanted their opinions regarding your choices they would be glad to give them. I found that very helpful.

A huge shout out to Kevin for going above and beyond in taking care of my problem. My glasses broke the day I was moving out of state. Kevin ordered new frames and found an eye care near me in my new home. The frames arrived in a week and the lenses were put in that day. Thanks to Kevin, I can see again. Kevin is a wonderfully caring person and an invaluable employee.
