She was very attentive and professional. She responded to all my questions, including a concern about irritation I was experiencing in my left eye. She examined it and no foreign matter, but said most likely was experiencing dry eye conditions. She gave Systane eye drops in both eyes as well as a sample pack to take home. I’ve the drops yesterday and this morning and have no irritation problems. She also recommended that I throw away my other over the counter eye drops since they may be contaminated. She was truly very helpful.

Dr. Destafeno is energetic, personable, and fully knows and understands the needs of his patients. He is confident and reassuring. I felt very secure trusting him to correct my eyesight via cataract surgery. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a cataract surgeon.

Dr DeStafano was totally professional and extremely helpful throughout the procedure process. He explained each step in the process and told what I needed to do to insure a successful outcome. I would totally recommend him to anyone needing a cataract procedure.

Based off the reviews I was extremely hesitant to make an appointment here. All of the complaints I saw I didn’t experience any of that. the employees were extremely nice. I mean one employee (she saw me before i saw the doctor) I’m not gonna lie she wasn’t the friendliest. Kind of cold attitude. But her attitude wasn’t so terrible that it offended me or made for an horrible visit . The Doctor was great. Probably one of the friendliest doctors I have ever encountered. Also I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the appointment was quick but very thorough. Since my insurance doesn't cover any exams or glasses, it was extremely affordable (the exam). I’ll definitely go Back.

Great Visionworks location! Staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. Found a pair of glasses I love and my eye exam was super quick. When I arrived the store was very busy but it did not affect my experience or wait time. Thank you employees of Visionworks :)

Not sure why this location has such a low rating, I had a very pleasant experience. I booked online, showed up 10 minutes before my appointment, got check it right away, she explained what my insurance would cover and any co-pays I might have. Sat down for about 5 mins in their small waiting area. Got called back to do the initial testing and questioning. I sat back down for another 5 minutes and then the doctor came to get me. She was very thorough and answered and questions or concerns I had. Check out was a breeze and I was on my way out. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for a weekend nighttime hours.

Awesome experience. I’m so undecided and particular about what I want and the sunglasses that I was replacing weren’t made anymore. Lo and behold the ones I chose weren’t carried in the store either, but Ruth happened to have the exact same pair. She took the time to take her lenses out of her own personal pair to let me see how the frames fit and I ended up ordering those. That’s going beyond customer service! Thank you!!!

Had a fantastic eye exam and contact lens fitting. All of the equipment used in the exam was state of the art. The entire process and results were fully explained. The process was not rushed. Ended up with a fantastic prescription. I can finally see clearly!

It was a good experience. I was waited on by the manager of the store. She happened to be only one of two people at the store that day. She had to send most of her staff home that day do to illness.When I arrived the store was already busy and she was able to meet every customers needs and be efficient, professional and kind in a timely manner. You need more managers like her...

Very comfortable experience at Vision One. I was promptly greeted upon arrival. Shortly after check in, a nurse greeted me and talked me through the process. All the staff are friendly and professional. The facility is clean and has a good atmosphere.
