The services provided at Chester County Eye Care is always courteous and professional. Dr. McAdams has always provided me with good exams. She takes the time to answer questions and ensuring that I have time to determine that I am sure on best views for contacts and glasses.

I went for a check up on April 24, 2023. Dr. Oldham was very thorough & helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him. Everyone in the office is very efficient. I had surgery 3 years ago & I am still enjoying my "new" eyes! It's wonderful to have good eyesight!

Dr. Ward is a skilled surgeon who focuses his talent on the needs of his patients. He has always been straightforward with me at all times. I have received excellent care from him.

Exton office has very helpful staff and professional. Highly recommend Dr Ward as he is knowledgeable and thorough with ordering tests to be done. Will go over and explain what is going on. Takes time with his patients and is Calming and not coming across of being in a rush.

Very helpful office staff. Service was right on time. Dr. Ward himself was quite professional, very knowledgeable, and also personable: showed me the relevant pictures on the computer so that I could see what he was seeing; explained at least one misconception I had very ably but not condescendingly. I'll be happy to see him (and the staff) again.

Love Dr. Nguyen! I highly recommend him; the most thorough eye doctor I have ever been too! Great job on my prescription glasses and contacts. I no longer need readers with my contacts:-)

Dr. Nguyen was fantastic. I have never had a doctor sit down and go over every single detail of my eye health and the processes before. He was very informative, friendly, and thorough. I appreciate every detail he shared with me and appreciate all the helpful guidance to better my eye health and comfort.

Dr. Dickey was thorough and friendly explaining all that was going on with my eyes. She explained next steps and left the decision with me as to when to pursue the next steps. I left fully satisfied with the visit.

She was very attentive and professional. She responded to all my questions, including a concern about irritation I was experiencing in my left eye. She examined it and no foreign matter, but said most likely was experiencing dry eye conditions. She gave Systane eye drops in both eyes as well as a sample pack to take home. I’ve the drops yesterday and this morning and have no irritation problems. She also recommended that I throw away my other over the counter eye drops since they may be contaminated. She was truly very helpful.
