Dr. Lukasko is the best! I have visited her more than once with eye concerns. Both her and her nurses have been very thorough with the exam, explaining everything along the way. Anytime I have had questions or concerns over the phone, they have responded in a timely matter. Everybody in the office - the receptionists, the nurses, and Dr. Lukasko have displayed nothing but the utmost care and compassion. I cannot recommend this office enough. Thank you Lafayette Family Eye Care.

Dr. Lukasko has been caring for myself and my husband for years. She has helped me correct dry eye issues and has addressed our aging eyes. As I get older it is hard to find the perfect contacts. She has worked with me to get contacts that meet my needs and is always willing to try something new if I'm not pleased.

I highly recommend Dr. Erica Lukasko. I have had appointments at various eye doctors in the past and this office is extremely more thorough in their diagnostic testing, patience and explanation of the tests. The staff and Doctor Lukasko are exceptional!

I can not say enough good things about this multi-service eye care center from routine eye exams, proper fitring glasses & contact lenses, to cataract surgery. Amazingly competent, friendly staff was more than accommodating getting us a same day appointment for an urgent corneal abrasion. Wait was below average, and the courteous staff successfully managed their consistent flow of patients quickly. Several doctors, plentiful staff and front desk were knowledgeable and efficient. Follow up given within 3 days, and they take most insurance. I would highly recommend Azar Eye Clinic for adults and kids.

I was referred by my regular doctor after an eye injury. They saw me within an hour of receiving the call from my eye doctor. Dr. Hall was kind and informative and very experienced. He made sure I understood everything about my condition, provided medication on site and continues to monitor me for the best outcome. The staff is also really friendly and efficient. Very grateful to have such a great place taking care of me.

Went in for a normal checkup and paid to get the glasses done with their neat in house optics center. We also paid for the scratch resistant glass coating and when the glasses were ready they came with no case but they did have a little micro fiber cloth. However after using the cloth they sent them home with the glasses were covered in scratches. We moved out of state and the only way they will fix the issue is if we bring them in person and leave them for a couple weeks. Then we have to come back and pick them up in person. we tried to find any alternative such as mailing the glasses back and forth or picking up a new pair however they need to measure the frames that we picked up from them. Which means less then 90 days after we paid for the glasses they had already disposed of the script and lense measurements. We picked out the frame from their optics shop and they had no record of it either. Now after spending hundreds of dollars we are left with no glasses or script.

I was worried to come here when my doctor referred me because I was having vision problems. There were many negative reviews on here. They got me an appointment same day and the staff was extremely friendly. Loved the doctor. Would highly recommend.

FIRST and LAST time coming here. I was out of contacts and my glasses were broken but my insurance was switched so I couldn’t go to my usual eye doctor which is where I’ve been going for YEARS and this is the only place I called who took my insurance and could get me in quickly. The wait was LONG there were FLIES flying around. Every time you finish one part of the appointment they sit you back in the waiting room, so I was put in the waiting room 3 or 4 times throughout the whole appointment. After picking out my glasses I was told they’d take 3-4 weeks so I asked if I could get a trial pair of contacts until they come in because I don’t have contacts or glasses (which is what my regular eye doctor would do) and they said not unless I pay $120 and order contacts! Then the lady said let me go see if we have your prescription for your glasses in the back, she came back and said we do have your prescription in the back but you would have to pay $20 to get them

ALWAYS a very long wait. This time I Made a 8am appointment to get in and out quickly. I figured we would be first, so no wait, right? Wrong! Still took 2 hours. Was told doctor usually comes late on Wednesday. Good to know….AFTER we already were 1-1/2 hours into the appointment. 🙄 Staff is nice, but plan on spending HOURS here. …

My visit to Brighter Eye Care on yesterday 10/16/23 was amazing, after a long day of various other doctors' appointments, I was able to call Brighter Eye Care and get a same day appointment within an hour and a half of calling. The receptionist who received my call was very courteous and professional in assisting me with my questions regarding my Humana insurance coverage, copay, directions, and appointment. The facility was clean and inviting and all the staff were personable and thorough. The Technician who performed my initial exam went out of her way to explain each procedure and accommodate my limited range of motion due to disability. Dr. Tam has a great "bedside manner" and was extremely comprehensive, respectful, and perceptive. And last, but certainly not least the young woman who helped me pick out my glasses was awesome and informative. So glad I trusted Brighter Eye Care with my vision health needs!

Dr. Tam is amazing! He and his staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. They take the time to make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. From the moment you step into the office, you'll feel welcome and taken care of by everyone you meet. You can tell they really care about their patients. The office is modern, beautiful, and well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and delicious coffee. They have an incredible selection of designer frames and contacts to choose from. I'm from out of town but the service and quality of care here is absolutely worth the drive. If you're looking for someone you can trust with your family's vision care in Lafayette, look no further than Brighter Eye Care. 10/10 would recommend!
