Dr. Frisard is a fantastic physician! I’m so happy I went to him. He explained everything so well and treated me with care. He came highly recommended from a friend! My issue was easily resolved!

It took 2 hours waiting time for us to see this doctor. While this doctor's medical skills look good, his office made a terrible arrangement. My wife's appointment is 3 PM and we went there at 2:45 PM but we had to wait until almost 5 PM to see this doctor. Some people who came later than us but could see the doctor earlier. The nurse lied that they belonged to another doctor but I did see Dr. Fargason come out from the later patient's waiting room. I will complain this to BBB and the hospital.

Great eye doctor! His staff is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly. He cares about his patients. The wait time is a little long, because he takes his time with each patient.

While the hours of operation are clearly listed on their website and various other sites. Me, being the genius that i am, decided to go at a time when they weren't open, and guess what? They were closed. Now i'm mad. So while i have never set foot inside i feel it is fair to leave a negative review. Guess I'll go check out Wally World* with the munchkins instead. Not sure what "spike-dumping" is either, but i guess i'll give that a try as well. Given the reputation of said eye center, i'm sure even that will be better. ;)

Personal service by Gigi when selecting frames was fantastic. So kind, warm personality and, yes, honest about frames looking good or bad. Lab manager James was also very helpful when I had an issue with glasses after I picked up. He and his lab tech were able to make the repair in a matter of minutes. Great service!

Went to this store because of good reviews. Walked in and 2 sales associates were in the store. One was busy with another customer. We approached the other and told her that we needed to buy a pair or two. She stated that there was a 2 for 1 sale . Plastic lenses only. She then sat down at desk and got on her cellphone . Never got up to assist nor even looked our way. Promptly left and went to Target Optical nearby and received the attention customers deserve.

Very easy process. Very friendly staff. Most glasses are ready in a few hours! 😀 love, love my new glasses. Love how they adjust your glasses at anytime free of charge. We have purchased many glasses from here. Happy customer! 🥰🙏 …

Dr. Jimenez has been fantastic. He performed not only a retina detachment surgery for me, he "caught" a small tear that could have become a detachment and fixed it with a laser treatment before it could get worse. Because of his thoroughness, he saved me not only another surgery, but a ton of money! Fantastic Dr. all around, and I've enjoyed being treated by him. Whoever gets him as he leaves Baton Rouge for greener pastures is getting a class act!

Hi my name is Julie Foreman. I have been seeing Dr. Couvillion for couple of years to make sure all stays well with my eyes. He is a very nice man and cares. Well 4/24/23 I had to have emergency surgery. Well Dr. Couvillion Was on vacation. So I asked to see a different doctor due to I knew something was wrong with my left eye. So they set me up to see Dr. Noguchi she was very good and they ran all the necessary tests and found my retina was detaching. So she called Dr. Jimenez and told him what was going on. This was on a Thursday. They set me up for emergency surgery on Monday 4/24/23. Dr. Jimenez did the surgery he did a awesome job and fixed my retina and I have 20/20 again in my eye. This whole team are the best. Thank you all for what y’all have done for me!!

Dr Jorge Jimenez is the kind of eye Dr I had to have. He does not try to push you into something, he gives you the facts and lets you make the choices. He has young steady hands and He is up for the challenge, does what he says he will do. He has worked on both of my eyes that were no longer meeting the requirements for commercial driver’s Lic and restored them to 20/20. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs eye surgery. He may not be the best but he so good you won’t miss the best.

The atmosphere is always calm. Staff is great. Sometimes there are many patients but they are attended quickly. Dr. S. Breaud is a professional eye specialist. He has been called a " perfectionist" and can do just about anything when it regards the vision. Definitely visit VRI and speak with Dr. Breaud, should you have concerns with your vision.
