Excellent doctor. Skilled, professional and friendly. Great chair-side manner. It was not clear for awhile the reason that patients are expected to debrief prior to seeing the doctor. Patients expect to debrief their own doctor and don't want to talk twice. So, I didn't understand at first why Inwas put in that position. Then I came to understand after inquiry, that the reason was for the doctor to read the notes on his computer before entering the exam room. This is your model. I don't really agree with it but I guess
It is a single debrief afterall. Problem I have is that this is done to create a rapid turnover of patients for the practice at large rather than a nod to the traditional method of allowing patients to debrief their own doctor themselves which is what patients expect and want to so. I don't like it because it is done for the benefit of the practice rather than for the patient and their experience. This is care, not a train station.
This is no reflection on the doctors or staff which get an "A" from me! Just my opinion.

Kristen is a great Doc. She’s helped me immensely with my glaucoma. Nice person too. In spite of having a full patient load, she always remembers me- it’s like we just pick up our conversations from months before. I’m very comfortable in her care for around 10 years now. Would recommend her highly to anyone!

First off the foreign Russian sounding lady running the front desk there was extremely rude the entire time throughout the whole process and became very pushy for me to buy contacts from them. When I declined she became angry and made a snooty comment saying " then we are done here today, goodbye". A week later I get an email for an estimate to buy contacts from them and I just ignored it. Now two months later they send an invoice email for me to pay for an annual supply of contacts that I did not agree to pay for or even initiate contact with them about. This place gives SCAM vibes and they charge you $100 for an exam even if your insurance covers a contacts and eye exam. I will not be returning.

My husband and I have had good experiences with the optometrists at this location, however we have had repeated issues with billing. We have Eye Med for glasses and contacts and Aetna for medical insurance. They incorrectly billed Eye Med for the eye exams instead of Aetna, with much higher rates. After much back and forth we were reimbursed but I spent a lot of time straightening it out. They do not offer a choice for a traditional dilation but lead you straight to the Optomap machine which is much more expensive. Also, I was disappointed while waiting to hear inappropriate discussion among the staff about the attractiveness of one of the optometrist's brothers.

Dr. Justin P. Greczek is amazing. I would recommend Exton Eye Care to everyone. To my surprise Dr. Justin P. Greczek provided me with contacts during the visit with how powerful my prescription is. Very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. I will be going for my future visits.

He seemed nice enough, just a bit 'DIZZY' 😵💫.
He's an Optometrist, but appeared 'confused' when I mentioned that I used to … More

The new Optometrist who took over the practice, Dr Justin Greczek is great. I've now had a couple of appointments and he is thorough, knowledgeable and very nice. The staff has always been great. Even when I have run out of contacts before orders come in, they provide some for me. Very happy with them and the service they have provided.

Dr. Wong, the independent optometrist, was professional and friendly and offered some good advice and suggestions. Note - she does not accept insurance for eye exams but they provide a reimbursement form for you to file your own claim (so a little bit of a pain but did not regret it after the experience).
Ordering contacts was easy (they do accept most insurance plans for that). The optical associate was very friendly and helpful. Just make sure when you go to the counter to take a number to reserve your spot in line. I was able to grab a number, finish my shopping, and go back in time (instead of waiting very long - there’s usually a lot of customers and only 1 or 2 optical associates).
