Dr. Wong, the independent optometrist, was professional and friendly and offered some good advice and suggestions. Note - she does not accept insurance for eye exams but they provide a reimbursement form for you to file your own claim (so a little bit of a pain but did not regret it after the experience). Ordering contacts was easy (they do accept most insurance plans for that). The optical associate was very friendly and helpful. Just make sure when you go to the counter to take a number to reserve your spot in line. I was able to grab a number, finish my shopping, and go back in time (instead of waiting very long - there’s usually a lot of customers and only 1 or 2 optical associates).

Great experience no wait for a long time.Treated with respect. Dr.perry is highly knowledgeable with pleasant personality. I will be seeking for her help for my future eye care.

The eye examination was thorough and the doctor truly cared about my vision. Very pleased with the outcome. When I completed the pre visit paperwork on line I had no idea that I would get a banquet of reminders for the appointment. Good selection of glasses and very helpful team.

They charged me for a contact fitting, but didn’t even put contacts in my eye or fit them. I can’t get into my online account and have reset my password several times and it does not work. They cannot fax or email prescriptions to you or your doctor either because their fax machine doesn’t work and they don’t have access to email. The only way you can get your prescription is if you go there in person. The only good thing about this location is that you can get an appointment easily.

My eye exam was quick. The doctor was friendly and wanted to answer all my questions. I had my new glasses two weeks later, and everything is looking great again.

This was the worst eye exam I have had in 20 years. Dr Bolstein was judgmental and rude. He never explained what he was doing during the exam. Showed no care or kindness. He criticized the fact I ordered my glasses online, telling me that you never know if you are getting an accurate prescription and I should buy only there. He did my exam, and told me my prescription had changed and I needed new glasses. Since I was so unhappy with this exam I went to another eye Dr and paid out of pocket for an exam. There I was told my prescription had not changed and my current glasses were fine. Side note my prescription has been the same for the past 10 years. There are plenty of other nicer and caring eye doctor in the area. Skip this one!

Dr. Bolstein was great, and the ladies up front were so helpful! They pulled glasses for me to try in the shape I wanted and then helped me decide which ones looked best on me!

I was seen at Retina Associates of Greater Philadelphia by Dr Jonathan Belmont on 2/27/23. I was having flashes & floaters with blurry vision. Dr Belmont did a very thorough exam on my eye & found that I had a retinal tear. He took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. I needed to have a laser treatment to keep the tear from getting worse. Dr Belmont was just wonderful. He talked to me while performing the procedure to occupy my mind so that I wouldn’t concentrate on what was happening while he was doing the laser. The technicians Erin & Shannon were so good to me making me feel very comfortable throughout my visit, ensuring me that they would be numbing my eye & that Erin would be there with me during the procedure. I am grateful to everyone for their kindness. To go in knowing there is something wrong with your vision is scary & Dr Belmont along with his staff made me feel relaxed and put my mind at ease.
