Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I see Dr. Belmont. He came highly recommended for my condition. He has been thorough and explains the treatments well. I never leave having any questions.

I'm incredibly impressed with this office! The staff are knowledgable, patient, warm, and friendly. They make you feel right at home. I took my grandmother here and they made sure to explain everything to both of us, and calmed her nerves and anxiety–it can be scary when dealing with something so important as your eye health. Top notch– outstanding place.

I had a fantastic experience at this Lencrafters location. Every single thing about it exceeded my expectations. The associate that helped me was so helpful and went beyond in every way. The other associates at store also chimed in to help and I would give the store a higher rating if I could! Well-stocked and organized made it easy to find what I was looking for and large selection of new styles were on display. Thank you all for your amazing service!

I had a wonderful experience with Will today at English Village. He is so friendly and helpful. First he did a great job of fixing the bent frame of my current glasses (I had a little accident). Then he efficiently facilitated the selection and sale of my new glasses. Thanks Will! You’re the best!

I’m new to this location and I’m glad I made the switch. I’ve been using LensCrafters for the past 15 yrs at the Promenade Shops and got tired of driving so far since I live in Lansdale. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. Testing is the usual procedure depending on your needs. Dr. Durkski is so nice!! He was down to earth and didn’t make me feel like a number. The frame gallery is very modern and open which makes it so non claustrophobic. I love the sleek look and it makes shopping for frames easier without having to look down into a glass case. Great design. Frames appear to have the same selection as other locations. As for having them in stock, I did not purchase any frames so I do not know their inventory. Location is simple since it’s in the English Village Shopping Center. Route 309 northbound side and across 309 Cinema southbound. Cleanliness is great. Overall I really enjoyed my visit!!

I HIGHLY recommend coming here for all your eye glass and contact needs. Ive been wearing glasses since I was a child and my prescription is very high and not easy to deal with. Not only did they spend a ton of time making sure my prescription was absolutely 100% accurate but the service here is top-notch and so friendly! The list of positive things I have to say about Lansdale optical is extensive so let me just say this, we will be customers for life My family and I love Lansdale optical!

Not sure how someone local could be better. So kind. Suuuuuuper patient and accommodating. They got me in within 20 minutes? I wasn’t even gonna call bc I figured it was impossible. I am sooo happy with this place. I was discouraged after I called Lens Crafters and they told me they didn’t really have or do glasses in a day or hour much anymore. So- this place was a pleasant surprise.

Loved my experience there! Dr Dawn was super relatable and was able to get me relief from an extremely uncomfortable eye allergy. The office staff were nice and welcoming!

This office is top notch! Dr. Trybulski is both incredibly knowledgeable and personable. She is thorough, understanding, and efficient. The front office staff is always welcoming and friendly as well. I’m confident my eye health is in good hands!
