I personally have appreciated Dr. Francis Clark's exellent care over the past few years. He has treated my eyes for glaucoma, laser, eyelid surgery and glasses. His Professional treatment has been outstanding.

I had my first visit with Dr. Clark on May 4th, 2023. I found the office very clean, the staff extremely efficient and personable. From the time I checked in, did all the testing required, met and spoke with Dr. Clark about my test results and further follow up for measuring my eyes for surgery. The entire process ran with such an Awesome experience that I have not had in years. I Highly recommend this practice at the North Wales Office. Kudos to Everyone!!! Dr Clark and his staff are caring and professional. I needed an emergency appointment & they fit me in! Dr Clark is the best! His calm demeanor mixed with his excellent skills make him the number one eye doctor in this area!!

North Wales location is excellent. My daughter and I both got glasses and contacts. Everything was quick and easy and they accept insurance! Jasmine, Sarah and Bianca were so professional and down to earth. They listened to our needs and delivered. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!!

Donna, my Sales Associate, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! She broke EVERYTHING down and was VERY THOROUGH. She is the epitome of EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I am so glad to have met her. Donna, you are awesome! The doctor was fine. She’s just more introverted, but knowledgeable.

They are always kind, patient and helpful when it comes to helping me pick out my frames, and I can be very indecisive sometimes! Super friendly and great people!

I’m new to this location and I’m glad I made the switch. I’ve been using LensCrafters for the past 15 yrs at the Promenade Shops and got tired of driving so far since I live in Lansdale. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. Testing is the usual procedure depending on your needs. Dr. Durkski is so nice!! He was down to earth and didn’t make me feel like a number. The frame gallery is very modern and open which makes it so non claustrophobic. I love the sleek look and it makes shopping for frames easier without having to look down into a glass case. Great design. Frames appear to have the same selection as other locations. As for having them in stock, I did not purchase any frames so I do not know their inventory. Location is simple since it’s in the English Village Shopping Center. Route 309 northbound side and across 309 Cinema southbound. Cleanliness is great. Overall I really enjoyed my visit!!

Very professional, kind and spoke to me not in front of his computer. He explained everything clearly and continued to ask if I had any questions before moving to the next part of eye exam. I never felt rushed to make decision between difference of lens or difference between which eye. I felt he listened then gave feed back. This was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. The office staff is just as amazing, kind and professional. I highly recommend.
