I’m new to this location and I’m glad I made the switch. I’ve been using LensCrafters for the past 15 yrs at the Promenade Shops and got tired of driving so far since I live in Lansdale. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. Testing is the usual procedure depending on your needs. Dr. Durkski is so nice!! He was down to earth and didn’t make me feel like a number. The frame gallery is very modern and open which makes it so non claustrophobic. I love the sleek look and it makes shopping for frames easier without having to look down into a glass case. Great design. Frames appear to have the same selection as other locations. As for having them in stock, I did not purchase any frames so I do not know their inventory. Location is simple since it’s in the English Village Shopping Center. Route 309 northbound side and across 309 Cinema southbound. Cleanliness is great. Overall I really enjoyed my visit!!

I've been consistently impressed with the care I've received from Dr. Clark and his staff. Dr. Clark thoroughly explained the cataract surgery that I needed and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. The post-op instructions were very clear and the follow-up appointments were reassuring. I've already recommended Dr. Clark to a couple of family and friends who've also been very pleased with their experience. Dr. Clark is a highly competent, caring, and dedicated professional.

This practice is the epitome of amazing care. From the staff and their courtesy, to the incredible kindness and thoroughness of Dr. Clark, you cannot find better eye care. Dr. Clark accurately diagnosed and addressed an incorrect treatment from my previous doctor, and attended to each of my concerns. Truly incredible care!

Friendly and helpful staff, minimal wait time and through eye exam. The technology is updated and the staff is all knowledgeable. Doctor was very professional and a perfectionist which is an awesome combination! Office was clean and efficiently run.

I have been going to Sterling Optical for my glasses for many years. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have a large selection of frames, and several options for lenses that fit my budget. I have never had a problem with my prescriptions and have never had to return for adjustments. I have ordered regular glasses and sunglasses. They were even able to put prescription lenses in a pair of nonprescription sunglasses for me. I moved and I travel 40 minutes to Sterling Optical because I know my glasses will be perfect!

Love Dr Lipman always professional and caring. The women who helped with glasses was knowledgeable and very helpful.. unfortunately, I have to change my five star review to 0 star when I had my eye exam, Dr. Lipman, who I love told me I could get the same prescription in my second pair of glasses When I ordered the glasses from Michele, I was just told It was the same prescription when I got the glasses I could not read out of them when I told Michele they were sent back to be corrected with the same prescription when the glasses came back in I still could not read now Michele told I would have to pay to get a pair of lenses with the prescription that I wanted in the first place she wanted me to pay an additional $180 to have her mistake corrected I’ve been wearing glasses for 25 years. I’ve never been treated like this by someone ….after the second time I told her I didn’t want them anymore. I wanted to return them she told me to take them home and get used to them. I told her I did not want to take home and get used to them. I wanted the same prescription. That’s what I asked for in the first place. Michele argued with me for 18 minutes insisting that I take the glasses this woman should not be in this business. Michele has no customer service whatsoever. I now have a pair of glasses that I paid over $400 for that I cannot use!!! Please be very careful if you buy glasses from Michele make sure you do you have some kind of guarantee.

This is a wonderful place. Dr. Lynn Trieu and her staff are an amazing team that works diligently to bring your vision discrepancy back to normal or as close as they can. Tonya, Brittany, and James are very knowledgeable and empathetic about the therapy. Soa is in medical school now, but she was amazing, also. They work with young and old alike and work well together as a team. They're funny as well, so it's hard work but not without a laugh here and there. Stick with your program and you will be fine!

If I could give them more stars, I would. Tim was so knowledgeable and caring. You can't find this just anywhere. We knew we were in good hands. I can't recommend this place enough.

The doctors and opticians take their time to give thorough and complete eye exams and to provide excellent eyewear. I am more than pleased with Eagle Opticians. I am really delighted with my new glasses.
