Lens crafters is always excellent. They have a great team and they all will take care of each customer. The quality of the lenses is amazing.

I came to Dr. Newcomb after having to wait well over an hour each appointment for YEARS at Kentucky Eye Institute. I receive better care, prompt appointments and as a glaucoma patient, I am pleased with my pressure and my vision. I had cataract surgery two weeks ago and am having the second tomorrow. Super easy procedure and amazing results. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Newcomb is the absolute best. One of my favorite doctors.

Showed up for our 9am appointment, and nobody is here and a sign on the door says they are closed on Fridays. Recieved multiple reminders all week via email and text message, filled out paperwork for appointment. This was a huge waste of my time, missed work and my daughter missed school for nothing. Beware making appointments here!

Dr. Gilbert was fantastic— she took the time to talk to me about my vision results the way no eye doctor has before. I really felt like she cared. This was my first time here, but I want to make her my primary optician. She and the entire staff were above and beyond! Great experience

The doctor here was fantastic! She took great credit of me, and went through all my results with me! My insurance and their office even gave me the option to skip eye dilation and pay for an extra scan so I didn't have to worry about dilating on my way home!

Just when I thought that the Patient Care and the doctor's office experience is completely went away. This office has convinced me otherwise. I never felt so welcomed and important as a patient as I did in this office today. The staff is wonderful was able to answer every question I had. The doctor was wonderful had a wonderful attitude. Paying attention and answering questions. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out of the office. Is all my concerns were addressed. If you are looking for in office that you would like to continue to go back after service I highly recommend This office. Wonderful service and a great experience.

Our experience was excellent. Our appointments began on time. The staff and doctor were courteous and professional. The imaging and diagnostic equipment are the latest available. My husband and I were both very pleased and satisfied with our exams. Would highly recommended Dr Snipes office in Hamburg

The office and staff were great! The visit was thorough, I felt cared about and it was very quick. I didn’t however like how I was escorted to the other side immediately. There wasn’t much time to process what was going on. Everyone was nice, but I would have liked to just come in for an office visit and not felt like I had to go directly to buy glasses.
