Dr. Thurmond is great. Quick, but thorough. Fair prices. I drive 3 hours to see him.

Amazing place with wonderful customer service. I've been going here for years and am always so well taken care of! Anytime I need new glasses, or need something fixed I am always very satisfied. The owner goes out of her way to deliver great service!

I wouldn't trust my eye balls with anyone else. He hasn't let me down in the 10+ years of being a client... even when I had a bit of an eye emergency. He was able to fit me in quick!

Everyone was really nice and professional. Very satisfied with the Doctor’s exam and his knowledge. Highly recommend. I am very picky when it comes to frames. I couldn’t find ones to fit my taste and face. Other than that 5star

First visit for hubby and me. Staff was so friendly, appts were even a little early, and drs were very knowledgeable and caring. We would definitely recommend them and will be going back in the future. Myrna Read and Paul Read

Of late, I've become stingy with my 5 star ratings. Although..... this business has a manager and another employee that went way above and beyond to help me replace my broken glass frame. (Saturday 11-4) Thank you Kas and my apology for not getting the other employee's name. His effort was also greatly appreciated.

I had a great experience with Dr. Sullivan during my recent eye exam. Dr. Sullivan was very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire staff was courteous, and the appointment ran in a timely manner. I truly appreciated the excellent care and would highly recommend Dr. Sullivan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate ophthalmologist

Sorry to hear that Dr. Eason is retiring. He has been a wonderful optometrist and discovered a problem that needed a specialist to address the issue. He then referred me to a great retinal specialist who treated me. I will certainly miss Dr. Eason but wish him well on his retirement!

For the most part it was an enjoyable experience, however when I made the appointment I was under the impression that it was at the location on Jack Warner parkway. I did not know that there was a different location on McFarland and upon showing up for the appointment at the location I knew the staff told me I was at the wrong location. One staff member made a comment that they had been at this location for over a year. My check ups are yearly and no staff advised that there was a different location when the appointment was made. The staff then gave me a flyer that gave directions to the other location, but this flyer was incorrect and did not give complete directions. When putting the address given on the flyer in to a GPS it took you to a location that was not the facility for the appointment. I had to call the office and get amplified directions to the facility. This all made up for a bad start to a Monday morning. Once at the correct location things got better and the appointment went well.
