I recently had some urgent eye concerns and was very pleased with the care I received at the Denver Health Eye Clinic. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive to my concerns, relayed my concerns to the medical staff, and coordinated an appointment on short notice. The team’s coordination of my care, from point of contact to checkout, was incredibly comfortable, accommodating, and professional.

We waited 2 hours for a scheduled appointment to do a routine check up. They only have 1 doctor in while the room is full of people. Most have an appointment, too.

Great experience at this office…easy to schedule appointment online. (Office actually got me in early so I didn’t haven’t to stay in town after work). Dr Rhodes is passionate about taking care of his patients. He takes the time to explain things and is so friendly and personable. After explaining my budget situation he made sure to personally help me find a solution to get a pair of backup glasses that were affordable. Appreciated that so much!

Had to leave quickly because of another appointment cross town. Was assured I would get a phone call to schedule my surgery. Still waiting for the call 3+ hours later. All the staff were very pleasant 😊. Facility was a bit of a rabbits Warren but conveniently located and very clean. …

I wish I could give zero star cause 1 star is to much. The Front desk person that called me an hour before our appointments is not very friendly.Must have changed hands. been there a few years ago and everyone is so nice and amazing today Was told my daughter and my eye exams are cover but my husbands wasn’t. Um excuse me why? Same insurance She told me my insurance wasn’t allowing it. Didn’t even offer to try and help nothing so I hung up and called the previous eye dr we had went to about 2 years ago that’s a farther away and spoke with them and she told me he’s cover for his eye exam. So I called back and asked why she couldn’t tell me of course. It just sucks cause the dr LaFont is amazing but front desk needs a little lesson in customer service.

Dr. Jalaj is a great eye doctor and surgeon… I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good eye surgeon.

Went here for an eye appointment. Had eyes dilated. Nice and kind staff. Good doctors. Drove home, was pulled over by Cleveland Police who told me that my pupils were abnormal sizes and asked me whenever I did denied. Thankfully was able to convince police officer to call to doctors office who confirmed that my eyes were dilated earlier that day. Insane!

I have been a patient of Dr. Philip Taunton for over ten years. He is an excellent optometrist, with a gentle and kind bedside manner, but more importantly, with impeccable skills in correctly testing, identifying, and prescribing eye-corrections for those needing glasses and or contacts. Additionally, the staff and other providers are top notch.
