Really wonderful optometrist and glasses store with great customer service. Osman was such a great help and really informative about the charges, and everything. Not too expensive and I highly recommend them if looking for a eye exam in the area!

I had an appointment back in August with Dr. Dunn. Worst experience I have ever had with an eye Dr. She never looked at me when talking to me and was not engaging at all. Didn't ask me questions, or if I had concerns. She just examined me and sent me on my way. When I returned to pick up my glasses, she didn't even know who I was. I had to wait 3 weeks to receive my trial contact lenses, one apparently had to be special ordered. When I returned to get them checked I was having issues seeing out of them and they were not comfortable. She basically told me I could see fine. When I told her I couldn't see, she replied by saying, "yes you can" and wasn't concerned that I was uncomfortable in the contact lenses and sent me on my way. I couldn't even wear them. I contacted them for a second opinion with another Dr. in the office. He was great and listened to my concerns and offered to try another pair of lenses. I asked about the "special" lense that was ordered and he replied saying I didn't want to get those because they were more expensive and not really necessary. I told him those were the lenses Dr. Dunn had me try and he looked confused. I was basically told if the second pair of lenses weren't a good fit, we would just have to keep trying, which I appreciate. They were uncomfortable again, so I decided to go with a different eye Dr. I have been wearing contacts for over 30 years. I know what they are supposed to feel like and I have never had an eye Dr. disregard me as much as Dr. Dunn. The staff was great, the office is nice, the other Dr. I saw was nice. I just feel like I should have been offered another contact fitting. It's now 4 months later and I still don't have new contacts and am waiting to get in somewhere else and pay another $300 to have an exam. Seeing Dr. Dunn was a waste of money and time. Sadly, I do not recommend her.

I have To say that after many years of coming to this location I’m very disappointed in this last visit my eye exam was great Dr. Was great but the receptionist/Assistant was very unprofessional she refuse to give me my 1st eye glasses witch I was only going to pay at the time and witch I made clear from day one that they where my priority other than the second pair she stated that if I didn’t make a short deposit for my second pair of glasses I could not take my first one’s. I asked to speak with my eye dr. And she said she’s not here so oh well what do you want to do! I ended up paying my glasses plus the deposit for something that was not urgent and took my eye glasses unhappy, after going home and wearing my new glasses I realize they don’t fit me as they should. I Called again this morning and Until now I have not received a phone call from anyone in this office. I told the receptionist that if I did not received a phone call by today I would be calling my insurance and make a complain, Receptionist replied by go ahead please do so call them. Omg what an ungly experience I strongly don’t recommend this location

I’ve never had a bad eye dr experience. But this was definitely the best eye exam I’ve had! Dr Ross was very kind and very informative. She educated me on optical health and answered all of my question thoroughly. Cassady and the whole staff were great also!

I go to Dr. Kapoor to get injections in my eyes my vision was horrible due to a stroke due to the injections my vision has gotten a lot better she’s an awesome awesome doctor and she cares About her patience her team that works with her are also very wonderful and patient I just wanna thank her

I was impressed with the friendly attentiveness of every person in the office. They all appeared to be competent and caring. We moved several times to different rooms with different equipment, but through it all, the staff demonstrated respect for patients and each other. There a number of drops put in my eyes, but none were painful…more like the sting of salty tears. I was booked the following week for removal of cataracts in my left eye first because it had the worst effects of cataracts. When I returned the following week, the surgery was at the surgical center a few blocks from the doctor’s office. Again, I encountered a wonderful group of caring professionals. I remained awake through the entire process. The procedure required 12 minutes and I experienced no pain at all. Four hours later, I noticed improvement in the vision of the treated eye. Over the days since the procedure, my vision has continued to improve. I am aware of seeing objects with different color casts or washes. I am returning to have the other eye treated as soon as possible. At Evey step of the process, Dr. Gulbas answered my questions in simple, direct ways. He would have been a great teacher.

I accidentally showed up a day before and they were able to take me. The appt itself was great. Fast, efficient. Great office. Nice people. The Dr was friendly, relatable, and asked all the right questions. What more could you need?

More like 4.5 stars. Dr Lauren was really great with our family. I appreciated her thoroughness, her explanations and time spent on each of us. She did a great job with our eye exams and will definitely see her again for future eye care or eye exams. However as far as selection of eyewear and value it was not a go in that department for us. The selections were slim and lens options suggested were extremely expensive. Like $500 for progressives. Eek. Not for our budget. But she was understanding and never pushed any products on us at all. So I appreciate it and the staff was kind and friendly. I wished they had better frame and cost efficient options for eyewear.

I was nervous since I haven't got my eyes checked in a few years. Great experience! The doctor and staff were friendly and built rapport with me easily. The waiting time was short, customer satisfaction was on point. Would recommend!

Today I visited Elite Eyecare in hopes of finding a new pair of frames. The office was very clean and organized making it easy to look around. Mak helped me in finding my frame, he was very kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend this place to others. Will be coming back!
