This place is terrible. They schedule everyone at the same time. So if you have an appt at a certain time just know 20 people are there with the same time as you and will have to be seen before you. The woman who works in the eyeglass place is 80 years old with piles of papers everywhere, the floor , the desk, just total disarray. She’s rude, unprofessional and annoying. They are all unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

After arriving 30 minutes early for my appointment and 2 hrs later still not seeing the doctor, I just left. Over booking for financial gain and the client sufferers for it. Stay away unless you got a day to throw away

I was not surprised when I read all those bad reviews. Place is awful, not clean at all. We've been waiting for 3 hours me and my 5 years old son. This bi*** was very rude and unprofessional talking with others while taking my call. Continue this way, you're making the place lovely for ghosts 👻

This location was professional, polite including the eye care provider. The store is not super big but I actually liked it because it seemed more private. The selection of glasses are really nice and up to date...including designer frames...pretty colors too.

I have been going to vision center for years and I really love that the people are very professional. The doctor cares about your eye health and will answer all your concerns. The prices are reasonable, and a very good selection of eyewear.

The pure worst, the feeling they gave me was so pittful and embarrassing, stood inside that place for 25minutea not one single person address me or even knowledge I was standing there. A guy held a conversation on his phone the whole time about his life while the customer service person jus sat there doing nothing it was so small and out of place grim and jus sad looking . All I'm trying to so is get my eyes checked and get glasses ppl are so rude and ignorant with zero care for they job so yourself a favorite and find a better place trust me

I came here for the first time because I urgently needed some glasses and both the lady who greets you when you enter and the man who makes the glasses are lovely and very professional. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable in this place. Success always.

Superior service is why this is the ONLY place for eyecare for my family. I've remained a loyal customer to this local business for over 20 years, whether or not my insurance covered it. Good vision is too important. They have an immense selection of nice frames, cool shades, safety glasses, etc. All at competitive prices. I felt no pressure trying frames on for over 2 hrs trying to decide which two pairs to select this time.. and the whole staff helped. The Opticians (they're the owners too) worked out what's best for me and my bugdet. They explained all lens options and pricing up front based upon my needs (like lens type, coatings, bi-focals, etc.) The Optometrist there (Dr Tubiello) really cares, and his exams are very thorough. He's great with kids! My frames have all lasted many years (I'm hard on them too!) I've been to the big chain stores, with hidden up-charges, only to walk out with glasses that aren't quite 'right' and have gotten dismissed with "You'll get used to it." That will never happen at Advanced Optics. They are proud of what they do and it shows in the quality of services provided.

Dr Tubiello and his team always do a fantastic job, the staff is friendly, informative, and have even come in after hours to see me after I had an emergency cut on my eye. Can’t recommend them enough!

My review is not specifically for the Dr. but more with the office scheduling staff. I called to make an appointment for my wife and I and was told they only have availability two-three months out (for mid-October). I specifically asked them if they took my insurance and they said "yes." Great! So the day before our appointments, I get a call and they tell me that, no, they don't take my insurance and that we would have to pay for the exams and/or glasses/contacts with no insurance but they would extend a 20% discount. Well, the 20% discount still would have cost me 240 dollars for the exams, plus glasses, lenses, etc. Why would I do that if my insurance pays 100% of the cost of an exam? Needless to say, I was very peeved and cancelled the appointments at the last minute. I understand that mistakes are made and they were polite about it but to me, this is totally unacceptable. Be warned if making an eye exam appointment here. UPDATE: After posting this review, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call directly from Dr. Boscia. He apologized for the mix-up and even extended a very generous offer to correct the situation. Even though this caused frustration for me and my wife (having to modify our work schedules), I understand that mistakes do happen and they will probably modify their internal process to make sure it doesn't happen again. For me, taking the time to actually call me and try to make the situation right says a lot about Dr. Boscia and his practice and I have updated my score. It's very obvious that he cares about his customers and it's rare to receive this kind of customer support, so I am very impressed. To be honest, I would love to make Dr. Boscia my primary optometrist but I only wish he accepted my insurance.
