This was my first time using America's Best. I will recommend them to my family and friends. They all were very helpful and nice. Jon helped with getting my neww frames and he was very helpful and patient with me, I appreciate that kind of customer service greatly..

Beware! They sneaked the one year protection plan on me without even asking me!! When I asked them to remove it they pulled out all the stops to not let that happen! Saying I would lose all the Macy star money that I earned from the purchase since they would have to cancel the whole transaction ($345) and recharge me the new amount minus the plan ($35) instead of just crediting me back $35. And they said they would take back the $50 bonus that I had since they claimed I had to buy glasses with protection plan in order to qualify for $50 but in fact the bonus coupon that I used had NO such indication. And they needed the manger to process the cancellation and he was not in and I was told to go back on another day when he would be in. They purposely made the cancellation process so difficult so one would give up and suck up the cost. First time doing business at this location and definitely the last. Very frustrating experience. I may even return the glasses all together. Dishonest retailer and would NOT recommend.

Dr. Millares is very knowledgeable and communicative in her field, Her staff is very friendly and courteous as well. I Highly recommend them !!

Shocked by all the negative reviews, felt obligated to share my experience since i have been coming here for a couple years now. Staff is courteous and professional. I had to reschedule my appointment and was able to with no issues. Also I barely had to wait and the Dr was amazing. I personally recommend this place for anyone in Queens.

They have no e-mail address, and no way to contact them through the BIDMC patient portal. They never answer phone calls, unless you can wait for AT LEAST ONE HOUR. Even then, they often hang on you. Unless you go IN PERSON, it is impossible to book an appointment or change an appointment. This is extremely bad and unreliable.

This is the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen, she is patient, experienced, explains everything to you, my kids have seen her since 4 and they love seeing her. The staff is out of this world. I won’t go anywhere else with her already being on my team.

Shaded by the Queen launches so many hot, great quality sunglasses at such an affordable price. She keeps ahead of trends and has you styling before everyone else is wearing them. She also has nice cases, cleaners and branded eyewear SBTQ as well! I have over 12 pair and love them all. Not to mention Necca has an amazing spirit, top notch customer service and super quick shipping.

Staff was excellent. Professional staff, that performed all exam tasks effectively and effectively. Very friendly and did not waste time. Little to no wait. Dr Fisher was outstanding. Explained in detail without over explaining. Answered all questions and he took the time needed to spend with his patient. Not a cattle cal like many other offices. When I asked questions about my insurance coverage, for both medical exam and glasses they answered honestly. I had read my plan in full detail before going and I was fully aware of the coverage and they were honest and did not try to sell me hardware or equipment that was not needed or to over charge me like many other eye doctor offices have in the past. I was extremely happy with the office, Dr Fisher and the purchase of glasses. All around I give a 5 star rating and will recommend to others.

Dr. Doering is fantastic and the frame selection is vast. I love my contact lenses and sunglasses!! Will be back every single year
