Office staff is terrible. I made an appointment to see the doctor and when I showed up I was told I didn't have an appointment. The receptionist then proceeded to imply it was my fault because I didn't have a confirmation number! Be warned, get a confirmation number when you make an appointment.

I was visiting from out of town and had a minor eye issue that was causing my right eye to tear substantially. I called three different eye doctor offices in the Strongsville area. The only office that could see me that morning was Alessio Eye MD practice. They took me right in and treated my eye issue. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and very professional. I told them that if I lived in the area that they would be my primary eye doctor! If you need an eye doctor practice I would seriously recommend this practice. They have a large well trained staff with a full range of services. Thank you to the staff at Alessio Eye MD!

Never answer their phones nor return phone calls. I literally have to drive to their location for any kind of assistance.

Dr. Ali Nasrallah is a great doctor who took his time and did his due diligence when it came to treating my father. Highly recommend him for your eye needs.

Had cataract surgery due to trauma. While other doctors insisted on laser surgery (pricier) with expected results of 20/80 vision, Doctor Boone went through all of the options and result possibilities. Surgery went smooth and I was back to 20/20 vision.

Dr. Ortiz is a great optometrist and is truly dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, it shows in his in-depth approach to eye exams. He and his staff are extremely kind and welcoming. Also, Dr. Ortiz and his team are bilingual and speak Spanish, there's no language barrier which is perfect. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz for anyone looking for a patient-focused, thorough, and bilingual optometrist!
