Best acupuncture doctor I have ever seen. She has helped me tremendously

I am grateful for everyone at Eye2Eye who helped me with an emergency while I was visiting the Williamsburg area on vacation. Each of the team members I interacted with was friendly and professional - but more importantly - were able to quickly get me into their system and perform the tests needed to provide Dr. Gada with the information he needed to make his evaluation. I can’t express how grateful I am to have found this capable practice during such a stressful time.

Everyone from Dean,and Dave to the new young lady on the doctors side, that I have the privilege to meet to day was awesome. Very friendly ,professional, and funny. Prices and service is wonderful. Thank you Pearl Vision.

We can’t express how lucky and grateful we felt for Doctor Wise and his coordinator Janice’s help and generous advice! Janice fought for a timely approval from the insurance company and Doctor Wise insisted we went to the retina doctor for the same day surgery so my brother’s eyes were saved from Diabetes complications! Great doctor! Excellent diagnosis and medical advice!

A ripoff. After a bad experience with billing a few years ago, I wasn't going to go back, but I gave them a second chance. My insurance has one free eye exam per year, and I made the appointment specifically saying that was what I wanted, giving them all the insurance info when I made the appointment. I repeated that when I came in for the exam. After I left, they mailed a bill for $45 -- the specialist copay. I was irked, but paid. Now, several weeks later, I find they are billing again, and for more. They lied, and then lied again. Do not believe them when they say what they will charge for your exam.

Just an absolute terrible experience ordering glasses.

She was very attentive and professional. She responded to all my questions, including a concern about irritation I was experiencing in my left eye. She examined it and no foreign matter, but said most likely was experiencing dry eye conditions. She gave Systane eye drops in both eyes as well as a sample pack to take home. I’ve the drops yesterday and this morning and have no irritation problems. She also recommended that I throw away my other over the counter eye drops since they may be contaminated. She was truly very helpful.

I had my first appointment at Eye Deal today and am so happy I chose them for my eye care needs! Everyone on staff is wonderfully kind, the location is easy to find, and they have a nice selection of glasses to choose from. Making an appointment was easy, and they even take my insurance! I will be a regular patient from now on. Thanks, Eye Deal!

I had cateract surgery yesterday 6-5-24 and I was scared! Upon arrival I told receptionist who reassured me warmly. Then waiting only two minutes I was escorted to pre op. The tew staff who assisted me were warmly compassionate and responsive to my fear. They were assuring and professional as they readied me for surgery. They explained the steps to me , and we're kind. The anesthesiologist came promptly after I was in pre op and explained more to me and even held my hand through the surgical procedure! All, I mean ALL, the staff there were superb and explained details and cared about me. All while doing their job and being professional.
