I have a family of 5 members and Laurence at Lenscrafters Frisco Mall location is extraordinary. Her knowledge and Customer focus and satisfaction is 10/10. We have been seeing her for couple of years and every time we visited we had an amazing experience with her. I will surely go in future and will recommend other friends and family members as well. Laurence is A+++

Great experience. The service and selection were great. Very happy with the glasses and a reasonable price. They arrived quickly and fit great. Been to a few other optical shops in the area and this one has been the best. Highly recommend.

I have never been so impressed with the quality of the care of all the people working with Dr. MacDonald and her team, the care was so great ! Everyone was professional. I have never had such a great experience in any medical situation as I had with them. They were so thorough - I was there for two hours. They checked for everything. I am so happy I found them. I haven’t stopped talking about the great service I received. I was very nervous because I had a new condition. They made me comfortable..explained everything…I have never felt so taken care of . I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I’ve worn glasses all my life. This is the best eye doctor I’ve been to. The office staff is friendly and caring. And most important, the Dr. understands the holistic view of eye health. I had previously been to urgent care for pink eye….but it came back. When I described to the receptionist what was happening, they got me in within an hour. The doctor truly cared about my eyes getting better. He thoroughly examined my eyes, gave me stronger RX than the urgent care, and gave me a follow up plan if it wasn’t improved in a couple of days. As a plus, the office has the most modern equipment!! I highly recommend this eye dr.

Poulose was my doctor after bullet fragments entered by eye at the age of 18. He was very compassionate and took very good care of my eye until I moved away at the age of 21. To this day, I have yet to receive equivalent care from any eye doctor. If you are looking for a compassionate, mindful, competent care... I would highly recommend Abraham K. Poulose.

I brought my husband into the store. We were promptly greeted by sales associate Dillon. My husband noticed right away that he had style. He explained to Dillon that he wanted to step up his eye wear fashion game. Dylan handled the task with impeccable aesthetic judgment and reassuring poise. My husband and I (first time customers) are now full on Warby Parker fans!

Dr. Enriquez was professional, courteous and friendly; she took time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and her recommendations. Her assistants were phenomenal as well. I would highly recommend Flint Vision.

This place used to be good, nothing to do with the doctors, but all with the office people, I always make sure when I go a doctor that they are on my insurance network, also when I make an appt I like to ask if they take my insurance just for an extra confirmation, so I make my appt go, was there 10 mins. Before my appt, first there was no pen to sign in and the only lady sitting in the office was minding her business just scrolling on her phone while I said excuse me several times until I had to basically scream to catch her attention, after that had to wait other 30 minutes for the same lady that actually has a face like she hates her job to tell me that they do not take my insurance, after explaining I had confirmed before my appt. Really missed the old office team they used to have.
