Dr.Sue is professional and provided the eye care suited for me. I called in for last min appointment and the office was able to fit me in the same day! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I’ve been a patient of Dr Sue for over 8 years!

Pam was awesome! She was very patient as my wife and I worked our way thru the hundreds of glasses. No pressure. She really cared about making sure that we were happy with our choices. Great customer service all around!!

Dr. Huang is really nice, and the entire RGW staff is so friendly! They really made sure that everyone wore masks and that all the equipment was wiped down after each patient was done. They have a lot of waiting areas too, which is great, and the Capitol Hill office is super close to the Eastern Market metro. I'd definitely recommend!

Dr. Christensen was very nice, asked questions, actually listened to my answers and seemed to genuinely care - not just trying to rush me out the door. The staff was super friendly at the Orcutt location too. I have had several BAD experiences at Kendall Shepard Eye Center in Lompoc and wish I would have gone to the Orcutt location and seen Dr. Christensen sooner! Excellent experience, I highly recommend Dr. Christensen!

I've been seeing Dr. McMullen for 7 years now and he's the best optometrist I've ever had. He's very patient, thorough and most of all he really cares about his patients and his employees. I can't recommend him enough!

My first appointment today was good. The office was clean and the staff was super friendly. I respect any Doctor and/or facility that accepts medi-cal, I hope patients that come here and receive state funded health insurance like myself realize that these doctors are a blessing to us and we should all treat each other with respect and dignity. This facility that is under new ownership I might add, should be your first choice if you are in the area and in the market for new spectacles 👓😉❤

Dr. Schechter is fantastic! Super knowledgeable, thorough, and such a nice guy. Beautiful office and great selection of frames as well. I never thought I would look forward to my next doctor appointment :)
